Do NOT stay here unless you want to be ripped off like they did to us.We were fooled by the beautiful gardens and the spacious room. Before checking in, we were told we would have internet and breakfast included in the price.Once in the room, I asked for the WiFi password and the guy laughed saying it was “broken”. I asked him since when, and he acted as though he didn’t understand what I was asking. Afterwards, another guy came and told me that they had to go to the village to pay for it, and that we would have internet later that day. In the evening, still no internet for which they said “tomorrow”. On the next day, no internet, the owner was there and he apologized and said that the guy that had to come to fix it would be around that day. Still no internet in the evening, they said “tomorrow”. On the third day, annoyed at being lied to so many times, I ask again when they would fix the internet signal and they ended up saying that if I wanted internet I would have to pay 100.000 rp more. I need internet to work and I asked if it was working the day before checking in, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed there. after a very unpleasant discussion we grabbed our things and left. Instead of saying how things were on the first day, they wasted our time and tried to rip us off forcing us to pay extra for internet.This people will lie to you and laugh in your face, they have no idea how to give a good service. So unless you want your holidays ruined, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.besides the problem with internet which may not be a problem for others, They said “the room is ready for you” but there was no toilet paper and no towels. The mattress’s springs were coming out so it was hard to rest.The fridge smelled like fish and was dirty, I had to ask for them to come and clean it again which they did unwillingly. Even after them cleaning it, everything I put on the fridge got that smell.With so many beautiful homestays in Kuta Lombok, there’s no need to stay here.

I am very comfortable and very happy to stay here bicaose it is quiet, clean, perfect place for us to stay if we vacation in kuta and all the staff are friendly
