Sorry, ma'am/sir, while I was staying for 1 day at your hotel, I felt comfortable, comfortable... but in the toilet area, the bathroom floor was still dirty, the glass was not rubbed, it was connected like that, immediately fix the way it works... work slowly. Go slowly, as long as it's clean, you don't have to go fast, even if it's back to back, just do it slowly, as long as it's clean, so that the guests are comfortable bathing, whatever, thank you π

In this hotel you really can't rest comfortably. Very noisy, next to the futsal venue and gym. The super energetic songs start at 6 in the morning and don't stop until evening. I really can't get up late to relax. So annoying!!!!!!!!

Hotel service is very bad... there is no clear soup in serving guests. Especially at FO. Highly not recommended. Very annoying. Wait from 19.00 before you can check in after 22.30..

Even though the hotel looks like an old building, the rooms are quite clean and spacious.The windows are large and can be opened.There is a safe deposit box in the room.The mattress is quite comfortable and 2 pillows are provided for 1 guest.The bathroom is quite roomy, but the shower needs improvement.Toilet + bidet spray/shower.Ablution faucet with shower.Amenities: enough soap + liquid shampoo in a container attached to the shower room, hand soap, toothbrush + paste, shower cap, clean towels. Cleo mineral water bottles are also provided and there is a gallon Cleo drinking water dispenser near the lift π

I enjoyed staying at Same Hotel as the food provided resembles the home cooking. The pool next to the outdoor seating of the resto makes it possible to watch over kids playing by the pool while enjoying breakfast. The lobby has many sofas.One thing I recognize from this hotel is that it provides pens instead of pencils for meetings held in its meeting rooms.While other hotels just provide pencils, this hotel remains generous by providing pens. It is helpful.

Bad service, already paid for a room but was asked to leave again... even though there were lots of empty hotel rooms, there was little tolerance for technical errors in payment. Didn't enjoy the service, but paid... didn't stay but paid, it's a loss

I miss high school at this hotel, lots of memories of working in that hotel... it got hit by an earthquake while installing lightning protection on top of the dome... I went home when the hotel was all finished... π

The location is strategic, and is in the culinary tourism area of ββthe city of Mataram. The exterior design of the building is unique. For rooms, hotel standards in general. The food is delicious, just not a lot of choice
