We spent only one night here.. the sheets seemed used and the cleaning could have been better.The water heater is appreciated along with some teas to have breakfast.It is a little far away, so you need a motorcycle to be more comfortable.The boy who serves him is very friendly

We only spent one night, the young man who attended us was friendly, we asked him a couple of questions and he helped us with what we requested. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the location, the weakest thing about the accommodation.

This is what I mean by business, back to market needed. Congratulations to Japanese hotels, where others are still using the old Japanese system but are adopting a new system which is a cause for concern. But as a consideration, make a clear system, for example if you're just transiting, it's at least 1/4 of a full day and finally the price needs to be adjusted again. Overall is good, suitable for transit for graduation events, medical plane delays, bringing your crush to masookk poll

Nothing good about this hotel, no windows, no hot shower, no soap and shampoo. The room stinks so bad and the toilet was very dirty. This is the worst hotel.

Quite far from anything... No food in area, no entertainment far from city center.No towels, no soap or shampoo, still in shock, for this high price we had a beautiful room, swimming pool and breakfast in Ubud.Also room smells bad, TV no channels are clear, cold shower, no breakfast.In english we call this a " dump".Can't advise you to stay here.

I really like the room. Complete like a hotel, complete ammunition, cleanliness, rooms, AC. With a price of 200 thousand, it is already relatively cheap. Next time I'll come here again.

Don't ever pay in online site for this accommodation, they said they not use any online site anymore. Dont waste your money. They said we should still pay again 200k for one night if we still want to stay there. And they don't give me some solutions to get my money back that I already paid in online site. Thank you for the experience.

The room is actually quite good... although the condition of the sheets and towels is not clean and not good... (Towels have holes) (sheets have stains)But I think it's worth it at the price of 90 thousand/mlm, I ordered via AGODAHowever, when I had stayed for 3 days... I wasn't given a replacement towel,Well, when I asked for a replacement towel, when I met the receptionist, the mother said that the hotel was no longer collaborating with OYO and other online applications... so I had to pay on the spot and the price was 200 thousand/ml and I was told to pay the shortfall.Well then why is it still on the app... it's funny...I also think that for 200 thousand it would be better to go to another hotel...

Yesterday I checked in via the OYO and Traveloka applicationsEven though I've been there not once or twiceIt turned out that when I wanted to check in, I went to the receptionistHe was told to pay cash for 200 per room if you wanted to stay overnight and for 150 thousand per half day. He said that you no longer accept orders via the application because it doesn't match the roomSo if you want to order a room, just come and pay without an applicationMeanwhile, the price in the application is listed 🤣Gosh, how can you change company policy yourself even though you're only the employee?

This guesthouse located in center of Mataram city far enough from airport. Need to take Damri bus from airport to reach out this one. It’s quiet struggle looking for comfort food in this area, should rent a motorbike but the staff can help you connect to the one of them. The facility fairly good with TV, shower, and the room is rounded by mirror. The cleanliness was okay. I got this one at Rp. 89.000 by Agoda. Worth the price!

The service was very satisfying, the staff was friendly, the environment was very comfortable, before I arrived, before I had checked in, I was allowed to put my things in the lobby, because at that time I had just arrived from Bali, the place was really comfortable 😎😎
