Amazing staff, so nice treatment - we felt like home. Great support to organice our stay in Lombok and with all recommendations you may need to visit the best beaches, restaurant etc.100% recommendable, I absolutely would stay again at NAIA! Thank you so much to the team.

We've had a fantastic stay at Naia. The staff was absolutely incredible! They were all so friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every night, they would play games with the guests, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that they genuinely loved interacting with everyone. The attention to detail was impeccable, and we felt truly cared for during our stay. Highly recommend.

We had such an incredible stay with Naia! We celebrated my fiance's birthday here and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special. The whole property is so nicely curated and really makes you want to take full advantage of every corner. They have regular live music which was a blast, and the delicious restaurant nextdoor (Mama Pizza) will even deliver food to you in the courtyard while you enjoy the music. It's walkable to so many shops, restaurants, cafes. There is a mosque nextdoor, but each room is equipped with earplugs so we had no issue sleeping through the night.The owner, Marlisa, and all her staff were so attentive our whole stay and all of the added touches that they put together really make you feel beyond welcomed. We'd recommend staying at Naia if you are looking for the perfect place to relax and recharge while in Kuta, it's truly a 10/10!

We had such a lovely stay at Naia. The owner and all staff are super friendly and happy to help you out with anything you need. The location is super central with many great restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend this place for your Kuta holiday.
