Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations. We rented an apartment for a week, attracted by a special offer. The only positive aspect was the size of the space; however, the quality was lacking.From the first night, we were woken up at 4 a.m. by the calls to prayer from the nearby mosque, as the windows offered no sound insulation. When we requested a room change, we were moved to a cheaper one without any consideration for the price difference, which was disappointing. The bed was one of the worst we've ever slept on, sagging in the middle.Additionally, we noticed ants in the bathroom and the room from day one, even though we hadn't eaten there or neglected cleanliness.On a positive note, the breakfast had a variety of options, and the pool was nice. The central location and air conditioning were also a plus.I want to highlight the staff, especially the breakfast lady and the security team, who were friendly and helpful. For all these reasons, I can only give it two stars.

Friendly staff. OK room. Breaktast included. A small hotel with 10 rooms only. 7 at the main building, and 3 at annex opposite the main building. Location is good, and within easy walking distance to restaurant, city centre, travel agent & etc.The worst thing is the 100 m small dirt road connecting between the main Street & the Inn. It is quite dark at night time.

the rooms are spacious, neat, clean. Friendly staff, not noisy, quiet, and fast wifi, swimming pool is also clean. Very close to Mandalika beach. love this hotel with affordable prices

The room is so big and very clean. The access is good, but the park for car is limited. The place is near to the convenience store, and cozy and quiet, suitable if you want a low-budget staycation. Overall all is excellent. But there were no bidet available in the toilet, but it's ok.I would definitely go back if I want a lazy staycation 😊

Do not stay here! There are rats running in the walls and ceiling which is super spooky and loud, so no chance to sleep. I told the staff about this problem and they did absolutely nothing. 1,5 hours later asked them again and they started asking ME how I want to fix the problem. We left as they were just giggling about it. They know this problem exists and dont do anything about it. Also the location is bad as you have to walk a small dark street with lots of street dogs. Also the bathroom is just disgusting. Everything is wet and smells bad. The balcony is also not as shown in the pictures. You cannot sit there.

Bad experience. When we arrived they gave us a room that was much worse that the one that we had booked. We normally would have not cared that much but the room was all wet ( even the toilet paper), with humidity and had a strong bad smell. When we asked the staff they said they had to give our room and that they would cancel our booking so we could go and look for another room… I asked them to show me the cancellation but they couldn’t so had to do it through booking. Never saw the room we had paid for but i would not recommend.
