the pool was not functioning throughout our stay. Room was smelling. AC was not cooling. To ask for any help or query, you need to go to receptionist(far from our room) who was rude always.

Beds are hard like a rock, if i’m looking for a sacrifice table I know where to look for.Services like bikes and laundry are very expensive, and the woman in charge of the laundry tried to scam us on the weight.Bikes are broken.Disappointed.

If you order a drink at the bar in front of the resort, the sunbed is free. We saw 3-4 turtles in the sea right in front every day. There is also a small observation deck where you can see where the turtles are.We were lucky enough to see turtles every day thanks to the friendly staff Zu's hard work 😊 Thanks to this, we made unforgettable good memories. Thank you very very much Zu for your kindness & support for tutle lovers from Korea!

Towel with traces of excrement.Very unsanitary bathroom.Toilet flush that doesn't work all the time (big commission). Hole in the walls, firm bed and above all a smell of PEE on the sheets as well as stains on the drahousse.Fuiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!

We can only advise against this accommodation. Even if the staff is super nice and tries hard, everything else is just not right. Of course, with such a low price you don't expect the best of the best, but we expected a little more. We have a room with a garden view and as soon as we entered the room we were hit by the smell of mold. The reason for this is undoubtedly the bathroom. Everything here is getting old and due to the humidity etc. the plaster is crumbling and mold has spread in many places. The rest of the room is also getting old, which isn't a bad thing at first, but it should be clean. Starting with huge cobwebs, sandy floors, dirty towels and plaster that is falling off. The positive thing was that the mattress smelled fresh. But we didn't want to stay there longer than one night because we just felt uncomfortable. The pool was also unusable. The water was tilted and deep green. The hotel included a small beach area, which is right across the street and doesn't disappoint. There is also a turtle viewing tower from which you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. You escape there as quickly as possible after you have seen the rooms. Very unfortunate.

We checked into a double room. As soon as we entered the room there was a pungent smell of mold in our noses. At first we thought it was coming from the bathroom, but the door was closed. Behind it it smelled even more like mold, the bathroom definitely needs renovation!Contrary to the reviews we read (unfortunately only after arrival), our bed linen was not dirty and the towels also seemed fresh.The pool was green and could not be used, probably due to a technical defect!In the evening we had a cockroach in the room, which the room service removed without complaint! Through door gaps etc. Probably simply unavoidable here.We weren't expecting a high-end hotel for the price, but the mold gave us a strong feeling of disgust. Left the accommodation after one night.

The hotel is definitely not recommended.Positive:Good location on the beach with nice snorkeling spot.Helpful staff.Negatives:Rooms very dirty, smell of mold and generally very run down.The pool was not usable because it was completely green.Dirt came out of the tap so you didn't even want to wash your hands.We weren't expecting a luxury hotel in this price range... but it had to be clean and without mold on the walls.We changed hotels after one night despite the additional costs because the hotel had already been paid for in full.

We wanted to stay here for 2 nights and booked it beforehand through Booking.com. In my opinion it is not a recommendation. The location is good because it is right by the sea and the staff was very nice.However, we didn't feel comfortable in the room at all. When we went into the room it smelled of mold. In the bathroom the smell of mold was even more extreme.We also had bugs in the room. These were then removed by staff.We didn't expect a luxury suit given the low price. But we would have liked more cleanliness.We also couldn't use the pool because it was closed due to poor water quality.The loungers on the beach were also very run down so I preferred to lie down on the beach (without a lounger).Unfortunately, the nice staff alone is not an argument for me to go there, so we changed hotels after one night.

A disappointment due to the pstvs reviews already read on Google 😐A simple accommodation where you can sleep in the evening...- The swimming pool lacks maintenance and is not clean enough.- The service is non-existent: no replacement of sheets and towels...even the two bottles of water that must have been in the room, they did not replace them despite asking at reception.- Continuous noise from the pool motor and the Staff.- the tables and deckchairs to be maintained at the beach restaurant.++ The staff is very nice, friendly and smiling like all the people in Gili 😊In short, it wasn't a disaster, but the hotel doesn't deserve more than a simple star.

Overall, absolutely not recommended!!Positive: nice location, a bit out of the way and there is a spot with turtles right on the hotel beach (which you can use without any problems even if you are not a hotel guest, no minimum consumption etc.)Negative: the facility is run down, dirty and not well maintained.The bungalow was dirty (see pictures) and dark, the air conditioning was rather decorative and failed completely one night.Bed sheets were dirty and when we moved in we had spiders and ants in the bed.The bathroom was moldy and the towels looked used.The pool is dirty, tiles are broken and there are cables etc. lying everywhere.You actually always hear the pump at night, but you get used to the noise.Unfortunately you don't get used to the service. Unfriendly, bored staff, a borderline aggressive “manager”.You can rent bicycles for 50,000 IDR, but unfortunately almost all of them are broken. We then had a bike that wasn't broken, and a "friend" of the receptionist simply took it while we were on the beach. She didn't want to refund us the money, instead she gave us another defective bike.I could go on forever, but in the end it's not worth the money, the name resort and the supposed 3 stars are a farce.Overall, by far the worst hotel we have stayed in so far in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

We had a seafood grill for lunch. We were advised not to put sauces on the fish as my wife is allergic to gluten and we were afraid of contamination. After about half an hour the dish arrived with seafood with copious sauce on it. The rest was just passable. All around very dirty, waste paper everywhere, plastic bottles on the floor. I went to the bathroom and it was gross. Never again.

Hello, this is the customer who made a reservation on August 24th. We felt that we received unfriendly service, and we asked for a refund. The hijab woman knew of her fault, apologized, and said she would refund money. However, the refund was not processed. I wonder why she lied. If the hotel thought that it was not wrong, please allow us to make a video of what we felt on the GoPro. I want to upload it on YouTube

Please be careful, Koreans. The information seems to be ignoring it. I feel like I'm in a really bad mood during a pleasant trip.Even if you pay more, go to a better accommodation.I received a refund for the cheap price of Hwagonae.(Additional) Upfront, they only apologized and said they would refund the money, but when I checked later, they contacted me saying that the refund was not possible. It's a bad place to stay that I don't even want to fight. Please get better service and environment at a better place. It's really, really the worst.
