Anyone who has trouble falling asleep or waking up easily, absolutely avoid booking a room next to the BTS. The traffic noise was loud all night long, making me sleep and wake up all the time (even I'm a person who sleeps easily), but otherwise overall it was a beautiful hotel. The location is really good.

The location is convenient, but it is relatively hidden when you first look for it. Remember to look at the front view of the hotel to find it.

I just book here for 1 night ( yesterday ),the hotel is good,quiet,minimal and very clean and cozy.Is not too big hotel for use lot of space or area that we want like other’s hotels but it’s good for sleep here and go out for hanging. The room is clean and nice,Best part of my pleasure from E11 is staffs service,they work very well,they always kind and gentle with guests,staffs are so nice in any part of they duties,I forgot the stuffs in my room but I already went out they went up to my room to pic up my stuffs and send it to the messenger for me also I want some stuffs to put my flower bouquet for my friend’s’ birthday,it’s so biggggg but I not have any packages for my flowers to drop off at the restaurant,the staffs try so hard to find the packages for me to carry my flowers to go,they are soooooooo nice( thank you very much 🙏🏻🙏🏻)I really recommend here is good place for stay and live here in good price and nice hotel also lovely staffs 🫶🏼🫶🏼 if I have a chance I will book here for sure !! The bed was directly next to the door, which opened into the corridor. Under this door was a large gap that let corridor noise in. The walls also vibrated with sound. The hum of an a/c compressor hanging on the outside of the building was clearly audible in my room, despite there being both another room and the lift between my room and the exterior wall in question. I could also hear a lot of traffic from the road. The room should have been much quieter for the price: for a windowless room to have so much street noise was inexcusable. The room also had a strange smell, something between Marmite on toast, sweat, and the lavatory on a boat.

Cute room that functions well. Location unbeatable. But the highlight of the hotel is the team: always smiling, helpful and accommodating. What more to look for in a city hotel. Will return undoubtedly.

Located next to the road at the Punnawithi BTS station, convenient if traveling by BTS. The hotel has parking. You have to pay 100 baht per day. Even if you stay with the hotel, it's in an alley, a little further from the hotel. Walk 1 minute. Outdoor parking, small room but organized in proportion. The room has good soundproofing. Can't hear much of the sound of cars even though it's on the main road and the water is flowing strong. The beds are comfortable at V Smart, but the bathroom doesn't drain well and floods. The drain cover must be opened. The hotel has a swimming pool and a cafe on the first floor. Overall, if traveling without a car, it would be very good. Convenient, next to BTS.

Economical price, small room but doesn't feel cramped, clean, but the bathroom doesn't have a raised floor to separate the dry and wet areas. When taking a shower, the water will pool up to the toilet.

A nice hotel with no in-room electric kettle for boiling water. I can see the staff lounge has one but the kind and friendly staff did not offer me any. They said hot water is available at the cafe which opens at 9am and closes early in the afternoon. A deal breaker for me as a traveller.

A great place to stay, on the main road just a bit noisy in the morning. Right under the tram/Bts station. Very convenientAmazing staff especially the manager, she is available at all times & extremely helpful & accommodating.She helped us with our trip itinerary & accommodated in every way possible.

Nice little hotel with very comfortable rooms. Clean and modern. Right next to BTS and skywalk to True Digital Park. The staff were very nice. The street facing rooms are quite noisy, I asked for another room in the back and slept really well. Even has a pool and a coffee area. Good Internet.

The location is really good with a reasonable price. The room itself is nice with modern and simple decoration. You have what you need but the noise from the street is really loud especially at night. The pool looks good and it is not that small. Even the hotel is small but it is instagramable. Nice cafe with okay taste but I felt it was overpriced for me.
