SPOT ON 92975 Aria Hostel Capsul Cihampelas

This hotel closed few days ago !!! I had to move to a new hotel. Waiting for a refund.

The atmosphere is haunted, to enter the hostel it's really like a test of courage, you have to enter the hallway. The sleeping area is also dirty with white marks, it really looks like it hasn't been taken care of, please, if you don't really have any intentions, it's better not to open it. makes people give up on traveling to Bandung😪😭

I really regret coming here and I don't want to ever book a room at Oyo again, I need a room at night just to rest, I know the location is hard to find and it turns out the entrance door is closed with zinc, like the place has closed, I chatted with the admin and there was no response at all, I I keep getting rejected on the phone, while on chat I don't want to reply, and I've asked for a refund until now I haven't responded, my advice is that if you want to work hard, open a place, don't bother people! Where the area feels really haunted, give up!

You have to check in at Promenade Hotel nearby. Big improvement is needed on the overall cleanliness. The A/C didn't work in my room, but considering the colder weather in Bandung I didn't bother to change room. No wifi in room (only at Promenade lobby).I recommend Aria Hostel only for a short stay when you are on a tight budget.

Honestly, I'm writing this review while shaking. why? because I regret not following the reviews that are already on Google. and clearly the stars are only 1.8.Instead of you being someone who experiences regret like me, just hear me out:1. Entering the hostel area, I don't feel good anymore. I passed through the small passage to the lower area (a kind of basement), and it was really quiet there without any signs of life. the lights were dim, there was an abandoned area and a pile of white sheets.2. When you enter the hostel building, it feels even more haunted. the lights are getting dim, there is a dusty reception desk, equipped with a monitor + CPU that doesn't turn on. the floor also looks like it hasn't been swept.3. When I was in the locker area, I felt even more uncomfortable because the locker was in the corner of the dormitory. It's really in the corner and makes me have to lean against the wall to be able to open the locker. To which, I don't use it at all.4. When I entered the dorm, the bed I was going to sleep on had lots of long hair scattered around—as if I hadn't taken care of it at all. When I moved the blanket, there was a mold stain that made me cringe and want to throw the blanket away. In the end, I didn't use it at all because I was disgusted. Moreover, the AC in the dorm is also broken, it doesn't cool and doesn't run at all.5. When taking a shower, there was purple Lux soap lying on the bathroom floor. In my opinion, it's completely fine. but when I showered, the water was flooding all over the floor, as if the drain was blocked. I even stepped onto the floor in the toilet because I was disgusted by the stagnant water.6, the fact that they don't provide towels, wifi, or thin sandals. every capsule hotel i have visited provided these essentials. Really disappointed to find out they don't provide this facility.Conclusion: it's true, there is a form and there is a quality. but the experience I had at this hostel was truly the worst experience and made me give up on OYO. destroyed all the hotels/hostels.

VERY BAD UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER

Very strategic location in the Cihampelas area, close to everywhere. It's just that the contact number information on the Oyo application has not been updated, as well as the map location which often makes customers get lost, the points must be made more accurate. In general, the prices are quite commensurate with the facilities provided.

Super duper really bad service. Room availability varies from app to app. The location point is not accurate until you have to walk a long way. When asked to take responsibility to management, it was handed over to Oyo, but the call center was not informative. The customer was talking and turned off his phone at will. The management is not very clear👎🏻
