I arrived there on August 4th on my own, looking for accommodation in the area, that there are many. There was no one to receiving clients, probably because they work outside in the low season, but I called a visible phone number and within 10 minutes the owner arrived speaking good English. I asked him the price and told him I would come back the next day to stay. When I arrived the next day, I gave him the money for two days but told him I would be staying longer. In the afternoon he introduced me to his wife and I asked if I could book the 4 islands tour with them, and they said yes, telling me to be ready the next day at 8:50 in the morning. I waited for an hour and no one came, so I booked and did the tour the next day with another company.When I came back from the tour I was going to pay for 4 or 5 more days, but the woman told me that other people had booked my room and moved me to another one, but in view of their inefficiency, i only stayed that night and left the next day.

Had an awesome week at Lanta Sabai Day House in Koh Lanta! The owners are super cool and hooked us up with the best spots to eat and check out. Our room was big, clean, and had an insane view - seriously, one of the best on the island.Renting a scooter from them was cheap and easy, letting us zip around to explore everything at our own pace. Also, the 4 Islands tour they offer is a must-do. We went snorkeling and the gear was top-notch – no annoying water leaks at all.Totally recommend it if you’re heading to Koh Lanta.Thank you for everything ! 🙏

Really lovely hosts. They arranged transfers after our stay and gave us tips every day. The rooms are small but very clean. You can see the sunrise very beautifully. The Oldtown is a few minutes' walk away and offers wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner every day.

Came here for the first time but was very impressed.The rooms are nice and clean. Coffee and snacks are provided. The service is very good. There is a friendly, good atmosphere, especially from early evening onwards, quiet, cool, impressive. There is a service to travel to various islands by wooden boat as well 👍👍👍The owner of the accommodation is very cute and extremely friendly. I really like it and will definitely go back to stay again.

Our hosts were perfect from start to finish. Really very friendly and attentive to our needs. There is unlimited coffee in the shared kitchen, and they even brought us a plate of watermelon (delicious) to our room.The accommodation on the water is truly representative of the houses of Old Town. You can hear the sound of the sea and the view from the terrace is incredible. There are only 3 bedrooms so it remains a quiet place. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortableOld Town is accessible in 5 minutes on foot, it is a place with many restaurants but very quiet and peaceful.Our hosts offered a service to wash laundry, take a snorkeling excursion on the 4 islands, rent a scooter, and even book taxis and ferries for the rest of the trip. With very attractive prices.Thanks again to them, it was a very nice meeting

A beautiful spot and the lady and her family seemed really nice when I first met them. But she is dishonest and the bed and the towels were full of red ants. She refused to give me fresh towels and sheets. She charged me 5 times the price of a taxi to pick me up from my hotel. She later tried very hard to charge me for an extra night I didn't stay. She even called men on motorbikes to try to intimidate me but none of them saw her point as I hadn't stayed the night she was charging me for. A surreal experience.

This House is just amazing and the view with the water is just great. It is an experience when the flood comes and you can hear the sound of the waves. Just great!!! And the host was so kind and helpful. If we needed any help, she just was there! Thank you for this wonderful time are your place!
