the room is spacious, clean, the staff is friendly even though it's not 24 hours a day, initially there was a problem with the water hole being clogged so when I showered the water was stagnant but the staff was helpful and it was fixed straight away, the location is on a narrow road but strategically close to everywhere and there is a common area for cooking small meals, def a good and comfortable place to say, really worth it, on traveloka it's called boutique residence kuta managed by the sun boutique hotel

Had a very nice stay at this place. Arrived around midnight, and the staff was willingly waiting for us to check in and very helpful.The sitting area outside the room is very nice. Although near main roads, the property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, it is very clean and comfortable.

The floods are big, the access is 🥺🥺🥺 so you can't go anywhere, parking is also difficult... the rooms are okay, but access to the parking location is what makes it difficult for customers.

Very far from the city center, if you order grab the point is always at the front apartment.The rooms are spacious, drinking water is not provided, so if you check in, buy your own drinking water. There is an elevator to go up and down.

Recommended, especially for those who are only staying for a short time, you won't regret staying here, the price is cheap for such a large room, we were allowed to check in early maybe because it was a pity to see that we had just landed and we were tired of carrying so many things, the staff was friendly, but it was a pity to work alone, For the owner, please add staff to provide more excellent service.We came when a lot of guests were checking out so the kitchen was a bit messy but it's okay after seeing the staff alone going back and forth from bottom to top, installing bed sheets and handles for checking out guests, we really tolerate that, we don't get amnesties but it's okay, in the room there is a refrigerator too, useful for Keep fruit and drinks at around 200, you know.The location is close to many Bali tourist and culinary attractions, even though it's a bit of a drive in, the car can fit, it's actually more comfortable because it's not noisy, the lift is a bit scary because it's really slow, I'm afraid it will get stuck, it's better to just turn it off and worry about it getting damaged.Next time I'll come back here again if I'm going to Bali, but hopefully I'll get a room on the 2nd floor so I won't get tired going up, good job👍

Poor staff, only 1 person handles everything. When I wanted to check out, I had to shout for him who didn't know where he was. Rooms are ok, location is good. Elevator not working, no savings.

This property is situated in a quiet location that isn't too far from other facilities and districts. The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Our experience was friendly and fast for a reservation during late check-in hours.The shower glass was leaking because the bathroom became flooded after we showered. We didn’t receive any cups to wash our mouths, which was disappointing. The room also lacked a hand soap for the sink, and the room was kind of small and felt claustrophobic. The elevator was broken during our stay. The size of the parking area was more suitable for motorcycles, but thankfully it wasn’t that crowded. It would be a catastrophe if there were more cars in there.

OK room & price. The location is a bit in an alley so maybe it will be a little difficult if you have a car. The staff was kind and allowed early checkin because there were a lot of items.The lift is not too big, for those who are afraid of heights, going up the lift/stairs will definitely be a bit scary. Nice interior! The room is really spacious, only the curtains towards the middle are a bit scary because they are semi-transparent. There is a small balcony too.Overall it's okay to stay here ✨

Fair price, modern furniture's, nice bath area most of all very clean. I won't regret staying here again ✌

Overall services are good. Their staff are cooperative. For feedback, need to put 1 security in-charge every day and night for secure reason. And the door in the lobby need to put key lock, especially in the evening. So only the guest with their own key room can open it. Otherwise, while all the guests sleep, outside people can come and go. This is not good for all guests.

The pool couldn't be used, I stayed here for 1 month, every night the water for bathing was turned off, I don't know if this was a step to reduce the price due to the pandemic, even common rights, such as water obtained by guests, were also reduced. The elevator was turned off, I didn't know who to call if there was a problem in the room, so I had to go up and down the stairs from the room. There was a contact listed but it took 2 days for a reply. Staying here is not given an invoice after payment. It should be less than 1 star for accommodation like this.

The place also listed as OYO 2123 Sun Residence in google map, stayed during pandemic in March 2021. Room was VERY spacious for the price. bathroom was very comfortable, I love the natural pebbles as bathroom floorings.Property is somewhat new built with modern furniture, it has desk & workspace, refrigerator, decent amount surface to put all your things, decorated tastefully.Cons are location a little bit stranded inside an alley, 10 mins walk to the main road. Not recommended to walk during night, tho.. Almost no building around, all trees, bad road.. Pools & elevator are closed for now.
