Came here because of a wedding invitation. It's also a good place to be like a garden party. Surrounded by pine trees, the area used as an event venue is not hot. The event area and hotel rooms are also quite far away, there is no noise from outside in the room ๐๐ป

The service is not friendly, you have to make a deposit first. When asked later the deposit would not be returned when checking out, instead the answer was slurred, when I wanted to check out it took a long time, I had to wait for the staff to check the room, there was no food/drinks that had been finished/used, even though you could have just asked first/just asked.

Entering the room feels like it's been flooded (maybe it's just been mopped)the layout of the room is really strange, the ceiling is also strange, there are lots of plugs but they are attached to the wall, so it's difficult to charge your cellphone, the room isn't clean, the bathroom doesn't have a door, the toilet hose is placed on the left (instead of usually being on the right so it's more convenient)At that time I got a rate of 500 thousand more per night without breakfast, in my opinion it was very expensive compared to the condition of the room

It's a shame, this will be my last visit here because the staff are not friendly in serving visitors.Today April 14 I came to check in, but the receptionist said the rooms were full. I explained that I had booked via the Reddorz application but the staff instead said rudely (dog) it's a shame you shouldn't say that to visitors ๐๐ผThe parking lot was full, when there was an empty slot it was even prohibited to be occupied on the grounds that it "only belongs to the owner" in the end I was directed to a parking lot far from the reception.

On March 31st I booked a room for 2 nights, on the 3rd floor. The first time the door was open (maybe it had been cleaned)However, when you entered, the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere and the sheets also smelled of cigarette smokeIt looks like the bed sheets were not replaced, only tidied up and given laundry freshener/perfume.Cleanliness details like this should be further improved!

When we first checked in, the female receptionist was rude. When I wanted to check out, the male receptionist wasn't friendly either. the sheets had a little water on them (not stained) when checking out at a charge of IDR 100,000, even though the bed cover and sheets themselves were dirty, and had lots of spots from the start. It's worse even though the room price is 300,000, ask for a charge of almost half the price.

I got the deluxe type room, it seemed like it wasn't suitable to live in.starting from the moldy ceiling of the room, the lights in the room are so dim it gives the impression of horror, the smell of the room is also not pleasant, like a room that hasn't been used for a long time, the wall paint is also dirty. Once again sorry, I just got a room that I didn't think was suitable to be occupied. and you can't visit the room first.The location is okay, the parking lot is also spacious and shady, but please pay more attention to the interior.with that price you should be able to provide a decent room, so it won't be less competitive with other guest houses
