When I worked with Airy, it was still good, but now I don't recommend it, the rooms are dirty, lots of dust, especially the bathroom, sometimes the water is off, the AC isn't cold

I ordered and paid via the Agoda application, when I got there I was told to pay again, strangely it said there was no cooperation with any application but there was still a redoor sign, there were also several people who were the same yesterday who had ordered via the application and had paid but when they got there they said they didn't use it application and told to pay again if you stay overnight :), I don't recommend it

Excuse me. The facilities listed at Red Doorz are not appropriate in the field (no toiletries, no mineral water, no trash can, only 1 of the 5 lights in the room is on, no hot water for bathing). Bed sheets are dull. The floor is a bit dusty. Please prepare the room optimally. I really didn't expect conditions like in a five-star hotel. But at least the points above are at least available.

This is a kind of fraud, when I booked 2 rooms with 3 beds via Reddoorz when I wanted to check in our names weren't on the reservation, even though we were supposed to just pay and check in straight away, the owner immediately told us if we wanted to stay to pay the normal price of 350 thousand, even though the apk only costs 160 thousand, yesterday there was also a comment from someone who had the same experience as me, when I gave them printed proof of the booking, the owner immediately got angry and just left us inside, in the end my family and I were confused looking for a hotel around there and thank God we found it and the place was better good, we as a family of 6 booked 3 rooms with twin beds there, I hope I'm the only one who experienced something like this and it won't happen again, thank you

In 2021, my family and I booked here for 1 week at this guest house. Via the Oyo application. And you can get a disc of up to 20% -30% and it's already paid off. My complaint is I don't know why when I arrived at the location they asked for additional because they didn't accept it if the Oyo ad disc application was far from their normal price but asked for the normal price according to their rates. It's just surprising that it can be like that. It should be a consequence of the agreement between the hotel and OYO. Customers don't want to know and don't know anything. We, the customers, have paid in full and are ready to rest. But still arguing with the grandmothers who own the guest house. I suggest that you don't recommend bad service. It's better to look for something else that is better and cheaper in Samarinda, guys. Dr. in an incident like mine. Maybe I was unlucky the first time the service was like this π until we asked for a refund. Traumatized, this place deserves to be quiet. Just try calling the number listed on Google and no one will respond, guys. If you want to order by call, you will definitely be rejected. Astagfirullah. Good luck for those of you who want to look for accommodation in Samarinda so you don't have to look like me. Thank you

The rooms are good.. thank God everything is normal.. just went up the stairs because when I was staying I got a room on the 4th floor.. it was a bit of a pain to go up.ππ.. but everything was ok
