The rooms and facilities are adequate, the location is strategic, but what is unfortunate is the lack of attention from the service...The boarding house is often abandoned, the reception desk is often empty, slow response when contacted, laundry rates and food prices are a bit expensive, ask for the wifi password first and then give it, there is no public kitchen, and when you want to check out not all of the employees are there.Yes, hopefully in the future it will be even better in terms of service...But on the other hand, Brother Abang's employees are all goodπ

Admin okay, booking went smoothly without any problems, amenities were sufficient, towels and toiletries were provided, what was a shame was that the room facilities were still minimal, there were only 2 sockets and the only one was a TV plug, only 1 clothes hanger, even in the bathroom there was no hanger, no table/shelf / cupboards just for storing things, the goods are left scattered, for that price you only get these facilities, not worth it. The rest is okay, the AC TV heater functions well.

The service is a bit cynical, there's no wifi, what's more, how can the boss have employees like that? Stayed 2 nights there, laundry was really expensive, just one jacket and a handbag cost 30 thousand, wow, I'm so tired I don't want to stop there again π ππ hahahaIn the review, you can wash your own clothes, once you stay there, you ask me if my clothes are in the laundry, the pay is really expensive, don't trust the social media reviews too much, until you get there, it's not 185 thousand/night, reviewed on INSTAGRAM, you get there, 200 thousand/night, hmmmIt's really not worth it π«π«π«

I've stayed here twice, but the AC rooms weren't cold, the waiters were unfriendly and rude. Regarding room cleanliness, parking is also good. I hope the service can be improved again
