The air conditioner wasn't cold, the lights felt dark, I checked in 2 days after the room had not been overhauled, I didn't add any drinks, the room wasn't airtight. Noisy

Room very small, towels are dirty, no English speaking staff, breakfast was very poor, no freshly made eggs, there were ants in the cups and cups were black and dirty, upon asking for jam staff said no more jam, no milk, toilet smells...overall stay in this hotel is bad experience... I recommend not to think about staying in this hotel

This is far from a 3 star hotel, or even a hotel due to its lack of cleaness, which is the most basic thing for a hotel, this hotel is borderline gross.The duvet has blood spot on, pillowcases have both black and yellow satins. The bathroom's floor has hairs, the sink design is ridiculous the water is not coming out the right way. Also the window cannot be closed because handle was off.The staff barely speak English but helpful.The breakfast is next level bad, all food were cold despite we were there at 7.15am.The superior room is very very small and without windows, we paied 50k more to get deluxe but the cleaness was a joke, it's gross π€’.

I read the reviews from previous guests before coming here, and I was honestly worried that this would be a bad experience. The facilities are average, the location is average, and the hotel rules are average. The four stars I gave are entirely for the lobby manager. She silently endured my criticism of the hotel and silently sent my luggage to the room. This is a kind of considerateness that I have not experienced in other five-star hotels. I think this lobby manager is suitable for a better platform and has better hotel qualifications.

The room is quite comfortable, strategic location near the city center, only when you get a room the sink faucet is "unsuccessful" and there is no TV remote. Hopefully it will be fixed quickly

6 nights staying here was quite comfortable, but it was very difficult to connect to WiFi. The sink taps in all rooms are the same, nothing is done right, as a result the bathroom is always wet even though we have moved rooms twice. What is very unfortunate, the breakfast restaurant, is dusty and dirty. In fact, this hotel has great potential if its cleanliness is maintained.

The experience of staying at this hotel for a full week during a business trip was less than comfortable.The wifi was down for 3 days and to be able to connect to the wifi you had to go to the lobby, the wifi connection in the room often broke and disappeared.The house keeping service is also not good, every time the towels in the room have been cleaned, there are always none and you have to ask the receptionist to have them delivered.The room was also slow to clean until in the afternoon the room was still not clean up.And the worst thing was that there was an incident where the stairs were left in our room.Not suitable for business people who go on long stay business trips.

Not recommended if you want to stay for a long time, Wifi is often lost, you enter the room at 14:30 and it hasn't been cleaned yet, 1 towel is often given away so you have to call again, the room is downgraded but the price is the same... Worse!

Actually the service is quite good and friendly too, but it's a shame that when working it's very noisy and people are chatting very loudly, and at the back of room 318 the employees are working very noisy. Service and cleanliness really need to be improved. A few days ago I stopped by to ask for information on the rooms planned for our foreign guests because we had never used Neotel before.I arrived before 8.30am. However, both outside and inside the lobby, there were no officers at all. I waited while calling several times in front of the reception desk. There is no answer. Then I read the available magazine until it finished several pages, but still no officers came out. Finally I went home.The parking area is dirty with dried muddy marks from vehicle wheels + other rubbish which is definitely from visitors who don't know themselves either. And I just read some of the recent reviews. So there's no need to stay guests here instead of having to bother us with complaints.For location, very strategic. In the city center. There is Alfamidi, Kalimantan Restaurant, Padang Restaurant, fruit sellers, MayBank, BRI, BNI, pretty good martabak sellers, Palmy Exclusive Hotel, Kopi Soe, Pizza Hut, Indomaret.

Stayed one night. Room is small (as advertised). The rooms were simple, the doors of unoccupied rooms are left open so we could see the condition of many rooms was the same. We had to request towels but they were soon provided. I wouldnβt recommend for more than one night.
