You can book well in advance on weekends, you might not get a room. You can choose breakfast or room only, different prices.Nb. If you're staying at the weekend, be prepared to cover your ears when you want to sleep, there's a cafe downstairs... the music is pausing jedug...heheheThe room is clean, the bathroom is ok, a water heater kettle is provided, you can make coffee aseeekkk.

The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Stayed here only for a short time and did not take the breakfast option. Maybe next time I will book this hotel again when I go to Balikpapan

In general, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and breakfast are good. But unfortunately there is a pub on the ground floor, DJ music reaches the 3rd floor at night, perhaps not suitable for people who like peace and quiet when resting at night (sleeping).

For the receptionist service, the roomboy was quite friendly, 3/5 requested a hairdryer and quick delivery of the iron. We only paid for orders using the application, so those who paid on the spot took priority so we had to wait 15 minutes.The cleanliness of the 2/5 floor rooms is a bit sticky, the blankets don't seem clean, the sink can be fixed so it doesn't clog up.Breakfast is standard, decent 3.7/5Only (in my opinion) the hotel is not family friendly and girls friendly, because there is a bar next to it, so you can hear the sound of the DJ.The location of the hotel is okay, strategic 4/5Hopefully it will be better in the future

It's really a deterrent to stay here when you check in at 14.00 and are told to wait until 16.00 before you can finally enter the room. The receptionist doesn't have any etiquette, so guests are told to wait standing and no chairs are provided at all. Parking is not adequate, it's better to look for another hotel instead of staying here 👎🏼

For a 2 star city hotel, this hotel is quite good. In terms of location, it is very strategic. Close to Living Plaza Balikpapan and Lotte Grosir. If you need to shop, it's good, you don't need to go far. The building is modern and comfortable. The rooms are also clean, service is ok. It's quite comfortable to stay here. I don't know about breakfast, because I didn't include it. I prefer to explore the culinary delights of the regions I visit😁
