I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Balinese-style house, and it truly felt like a tropical paradise! The beautiful garden and pool created a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The room was beautifully designed, with a lovely thematic touch that added to the overall charm. The host was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any questions or needs I had. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the warm welcome.My only suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue with the shower drainage in the bathroom, which caused water to accumulate and create a wet and mouldy environment. However, I believe this is an easy fix, and it wouldn't deter me from returning to this wonderful oasis.Thank you for hosting me, and I look forward to my next visit!(Note: I gave it 5/5 despite the small issue, as the host and staff were exceptional, and the property was truly beautiful)

We tried to stay here last month however when we arrived the rooms were filthy with stained sheets, mould and so we tried another room there and still the same thing more unidentifiable stains on sheets and even some PISS still stained on the toilet seat. We refused to stay there for the 5 nights and have been trying to get our money refunded from over a month ago. Yet they only block our emails and refuse to cooperate with us.Definitely don’t recommend unless you enjoy sleeping in other peoples old liquids.

I came to stay at Tirtha Canggu Suites for one night- & stayed four. Great location a short walk from a busy street with a convenience store, bars & restaurants. Nice and mostly tidy hotel with friendly & helpful staff.

The room is quite spacious. The building is also pretty good.Unfortunately it's dirty, not clean. Stayed here for 2 days, the first day it was still understandable, the second day until we asked for it to be cleaned, the toilet was still slippery, sticky, dirty, the mat wasn't replaced... It's a shame that the building is OK but the cleanliness is VERY LACK.Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved further, if it's clean it will definitely be busy.

A comfortable hotel with friendly and polite employees.Strategic location for looking for cheap to expensive food. Very close to the Canggu shortcut road. So if you want to go to Umalas, Berawah and Canggu, it's only a 5 minute journey. Near the hotel there is a delicious place to eat and drink coffee at BAKED on Jl Raya Semat. Anyway, staying at Tirtha Canggu Suites is comfortable, have a good rest, eat and enjoy sitting in front of the swimming pool. I'll go back there.

I booked two nights to stay just before my flight home and I don’t usually write reviews but this place really wasn’t great. The first room I was given was full of mosquitoes and I mean full. The walls are covered in bloody marks where previous guest/staff and killed mosquitos so clearly it’s a problem here. The shower then flooded almost out of the bathroom so I asked to change rooms. Again in my second room, the walls are also covered in dead mosquitoes, the aircon barley works and the wifi doesn’t work at all. I hate to leave a bad review because the staff are nice but I would for sure stay somewhere else next time, yes this place is on the cheaper side but I have stayed in much better hostels for this price (private room).

Had the worst experience here. They had the loudest construction work starting at 6am both days I was staying here. Not a single notice saying why the was happening. Loud drills and banging of hammers doesn’t allow you to fall back asleep or relax at all. I’m actually so angry sitting here right now hearing these flipping drills and hammers! The rooms are basic. I have a TV in the room which doesn’t switch on andDoesn’t have a remote.Bathroom is a bad wet room which floods after the shower has been on for 1 minute.Wifi is terrible and had to use data to do anything.The rooms are littered with mosquitos and cockroachesThe staff don’t seem to really care that they’re guests are being waken up at 6am and just shrug they’re shoulders.I’d give 0 stars if I could. What a waste of money

Tirtha Canggu Suites.Location: strategic in the center of the hustle and bustle of Canggu. Exit a little, immediately greeted by a minimart and a row of cafes. It's impossible to eat at a cafe in the morning, afternoon and evening, don't worry, there are also home-cooked rice stalls nearby. There are lively stalls, Ramadhan stalls, and lots of meatball mamangs hanging out near the Homestay.Hospitality: welcomed by Bli owner and Mbok-mbok who work at the Homestay. Ask anything, they are ready to answer and help.Room: get 2 single (twin) beds which are not very wide, but don't make them fall to the floor. Warm, thick and clean blankets. There was only TV antenna channels when I came here. The AC feels cold, or I'm not used to using AC (ndeso), so I like to turn the AC on and off because it's not strong enough. The large cupboard can be used to store the suitcases we bring. Overall clean room.Bathroom: hot water takes a long time to get hot, so please be patient. Turn on the water first while brushing your teeth or pooping. The hot water is also not hot, but nice warm. Just get soap in the toilet, along with towels and toilet tissue of course.Exterior: at the front of the room there are chairs for chatting or smoking (there are ashtrays next to the chairs). Clean pool. There are gazebos for hanging out in front of the pool, which when I was there were mostly occupied by the ladies and gentlemen of the Homestay workers. Maybe because there are few guests too.Overall, the Homestay with that promotional price is worth it. And this exceeds my expectations when looking at online ordering sites.Hopefully the pandemic will pass soon and Bali will be busy again. Healthy and enthusiastic everyone.
