Bad service, hotel in Balikpapan city but like a hotel in a village/forest. Got a room for 280 thousand single bed, it's not really worth it, especially as the bathroom is broken. Meanwhile in hotels around it it's under 200 thousand and the receptionist said that's why it's cheap because the bathroom is broken. That's because it's for my friend who will be crossing tomorrow morning. If you don't feel disgusted, I'll stay at this hotel. Lodging is not recommended,Booking via reddorzz ensuite bathroom. It's real and in fact the bathrooms outside (mass) are actually asked for an additional 70k, because they no longer collaborate with Reddorzz. Money via apk can no longer be returned, like it or not you have to add money instead of the money paid via the application being wasted.

The building looks like it is old and lacks maintenance. Room facilities need to be upgraded/replaced. When the bed sheets have holes and the bed sheets are already yellow, they are still used. The only amenities are small mineral water every day. There is no ventilation in the room unless the window is opened, so the air is really stuffy, quite scary too, there is not enough lighting. Only 1 outside bathroom is in good condition, I give points because the bathroom is clean.
