hold an event hereit's fixed starting at 16.00I asked for food to be ready at 17.00arrive at the hotel 16.30I was really surprised that the room I wanted to use at my event was still being used by other people,keyboardist I want to check the sound but can't because there is still someone else...after I complained here and there,As a result, we entered the room at 18.00What's the management like??Didn't you note down the schedule??

The rooms are quite spacious, but there are several facilities that need to be repaired and equipped, such as a hairdryer in the room, there are no fitness/gym facilities or a swimming pool. The hotel is a bit far from the mall...

The hotel is still new, unfortunately you can't take it away for breakfast, you have to pay again, so for those who have to check out early, my suggestion is not to include breakfast, because it's a loss and you can't use it. Over all ok...

From the front it looks very luxurious. The interior is all luxurious, the lobby is spacious. When you enter the room, the room is large, there is a tea corner with chairs and a carpet. The downside is that the eyes sting because the interior is new, then in the shower the water is stagnant, the TV has Netflix and PrimeVid but you have to have an account first. The swimming pool is not finished yet.Restaurant, lots of food choices. Rice with 3 kinds of side dishes, 2 kinds of chili sauce + crackers. The dessert includes cake and fruit. there are fried foods and dimsum. Apart from that, there are also lontong and meatballs.

Because the hotel is new, the rooms are quite good, clean and tidy. The first time I entered his room, my first impression was that my eyes were sore, for some reason. The service is a bit lacking, several times I called the front office, housekeeping and engineering, there was no response. Stayed 2 days 3 nights, you have to activate the card first, it's not automatic, so it's a bit complicated. The hotel doesn't have a gym or swimming pool. The location of the hotel is in the middle of people's houses, so it is a bit far from the mall. Please fix it, it's a shame that the hotel is new but the service is lacking.
