the place is not bad for that price, the rooms are neatly clean, the towels are also clean. Only the amnesty equipment for cleanliness is a little less attention paid... the problem is that yesterday when I ordered the Mandinga soap room, it wasn't available... then the room wasn't soundproof enough from outside.

Enough for a place to stay.Clean and tidy.The AC is cold, the water heater is working.Water dispensers are provided for those who need them.Amenities, complete towels.First, we entered the room, stuffy and smelling of cigarettes. Luckily it was changed to another room.The bathroom curtain also smells, needs to be replaced

actually the place is quite OK for the price not up to 200 thousand, according to expectations, but there was 1 incident that made me annoyed.I arrived almost midnight, went into the room to get water from the dispenser provided by the hotel. I used the glass tumbler provided by the hotel to fill water. When I got to my room I put the tumbler on the table. And when I lifted it again, the bottom of the tumbler came off (broke) and all the water spilled out. It was clear that the tumbler was not of good quality so it could not withstand the weight of the water.But when I complained to the front desk, they didn't want to know and asked me to compensate for the loss because according to them I filled the tumbler with hot water even though it shouldn't be filled with hot water. I could have sworn that I didn't fill the tumbler with hot water, but the front desk still didn't want to knowI'm too lazy to fuss over 25 thousand so I'll just pay. Just for information, I came with a friend who was staying in another room and they said they filled the glass tumbler with hot water but it didn't break. So the point is, maybe at my place the tumbler has been filled with hot water by other guests, but it hasn't broken. Just as I was filling it, the tumbler had cracked due to the hot water from the previous guests, so unfortunately it broke when I was using it.Actually, if this hotel is customer oriented, just say sorry and replace all the tumblers with plastic ones. Because cheap glass tumbler models don't hold up to hot water. Or if you really don't want to replace it, write on the tumbler that it is forbidden to fill it with hot water, it's dangerous. This is no warning at all.The point is, just be careful for the guests who are there, don't use glass tumblers, it's better, if you don't want something like me to happen, because it's also dangerous, imagine if the tumbler broke while I was carrying water, it could hit my foot with the glass. In fact, I was the one who was wronged and asked for compensation...funny

The room is quite spacious, unfortunately I didn't check the cleanliness first before the guests entered because when I went to the toilet there were traces of defecating on the back of the toilet, then the most annoying thing was that the TV internet couldn't work. I had time to call the staff and it was fixed and they said the internet was down. , I'm just disappointed that I can't watch TV. Hopefully the future will be better
