⚠️ BE CAREFUL! IMPOSSIBLE TO REST HERE!As of 07/29/2024, they are doing works in the establishment, raising two more floors above the rooms, so the noise, dust and dirt is unbearable and you cannot be in the room from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Sunday.Furthermore, the views are very ugly, (the photos published on Google do not do it justice) since the building is such an excessive size that all the rooms have views of a wall.The treatment of the staff in general is very, very unpleasant.The front common area, "nice part" is dirty and neglected, not being suitable for clients.The accommodation is located in an area where there are no services, so it is necessary to have your own transportation to access them.

Awesome value and great location with views over the beautiful rice paddies in Amed. What makes this place special is the very friendly owner and staff. They are very accommodating and helpful and can organise everything you need for your stay in Amed. It is a budget homestay so don't set expectations too high, but what you get for the price makes it a total bargain. Some rooms have kitchens (there is also a communal kitchen area) and all rooms have AC and mosquito nets. Would 100 percent stay here again.

Located in a 1-minute motorbike drive from Amed, this homestay offers spacious clean rooms with everything you need at a reasonable price. Hosts are very helpful and can organize tours and transfers. There are several nice restaurants nearby.

The room was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed including a small kitchen area and mosquito net. It’s worth paying a little bit extra to have the room with a window looking out to the mountains. Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room for the price. Highly recommended! And very friendly and helpful owners. Thank you :-)
