Had an amazing experience here. Brought my birthday in here (Suboya House). We were blown away by how beautiful this place was. Service was great as well. Food was also amazing. Would highly recommend this place for an outstanding Bali experience!

We loved our stay at Camaya the staff is very friendly and very responsive. We had the best time although you are in the nature it doesn't feel like there are too many insects (or maybe we were lucky). They do provide insect repellent which also helps of course. The floating breakfast is amazing! 10000% recommend staying here.

We loved this place! We stayed in the Sayang room and stayed for 2 nights/3 days.Service - everyone here is so kind and attentive, they’re quick to respond and easy to communicate with through the messenger app. Just being able to text any requests was so nice and simple. We also got a massage while here, don’t pass this up! Equally amazing. The food was decent (expensive compared to buying food outside of the hotel, but to be expected), they bring everything to your room (breakfast also) and the amenities they make it easy. If you need a driver you can book through them as well. They offer a free scooter, which we didn’t use.Location - while it’s away from everything, it’s also what makes this place such a hidden gem! It’s quiet, away from the noise of the city, and you cannot beat the view from the room. All the rice terraces we seen as we were touring around - nothing compared to the view from our room. Note - because it’s so far from everything there’s not food options nearby but only to eat in hotel or get food before coming back to the roomRoom - the room was gorgeous! Everything you could possibly need. A cute little jetted pool with a hammock, a beautiful tub (they even gave us rose petals), a projector to watch tv (Netflix), everything about this room was spectacular.Note - if you don’t like bugs…not the place for you :) it is still an outdoor sleeping arrangement there’s just curtains and mosquito netting to cover from the outside. We did have to scare away hornets from inside the room, there were frogs and frog eggs in our pool (they came and cleaned it right away). Just remember you’re in nature!If you’re okay with getting a driver or getting yourself to the main area of Ubud, I would definitely recommend staying here. It was so relaxing! Anything you could need for a quaint and relaxing stay, this place has it.

It's an amazing place. The view, rooms, food, massage and ambiance are absolutely wonderful. The room we stayed in was Butterfly. 4 people can stay comfortably. I definitely recommend hot stone massages. Breakfast Turkish Egg. Dinner is steaks and mushroom risotto.

Camaya Bali was outstanding! We stayed at the Butterfly house. The house was amazing and the views were exceptional. The staff are very attentive. Food was great. Room service was nice and fast. We definitely enjoyed our time at the Butterfly house and will stay here again!

The good: beautiful view. Nice staff.The bad: it is located far from any towns so there are no grab services including food. You have no choice but to eat from their restaurant for all meals. The food price is outrageous for the quality. I ordered chicken curry and it was burnt (I’ve had bad tasting curry but never had it taste burnt). The beef rendang was also burnt. The hot chocolates was also burnt. How do you burn hot chocolate? ?? The beef burger patties doesn’t taste like beef. The pressed juice is watered down. It tastes like juice flavored water. Capuchino is watered down coffee with milk.The sheets had blood stains. The comforter also has stains. Looks like the pillow case was changed but not the sheets at check in.There are 2 wasps nest that was visible around the room. We woke up to a huge wasp buzzing inside our mosquito net the first night. It probably came from a nest inside the bamboo structure of the bed that we couldn’t see.The rain shower is poorly designed where you have to stand touching the wall to get wet.The mattress is hard as a rock so if you want a good night sleep forget it.This place is definitely not worth the price. Please don’t stay here unless you plan on doing a 48 hour dry fast. The water they provide in bottles has floaters. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
