Absolute satisfaction We felt like at home. Everyone took care of us and the staff was polite and professional. They welcomed us with a smile and a good mood everyday. The villas are part of a small Lempuyang hotel. There is a small and beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view on mount Agung. Breakfast is included. The prices in reataurant are a bit higher but again there is quality service and food. We stayed in the villa for 15 nights and the menu that was available was not bad but it could be more variable because after 14 days you don't know what to choose anymore. They have excellent pizza including a burger. What we would like is more options for the daily menu such as grilled fresh fish. As for the portion of meat it was quite small for the value it cost. I recommend focusing more on the elaboration of the menu and portions and it will be top. It is my recommendation how to improve your services :-). Villa Palmdream was truly beautiful with a fantastic view of mount Angung and the countryside. What I would wish in the villa is more space for clothes and some side tables. Inside the villa there is complete equipment including a fridge and drinking water. The villa was cleaned every day. They have also SPA which was good. They also provide room service. We want to thank the staff mainly Tamy, Niluh and others who looked after us fantastically. They are very hardworking and I would like to thank them once again. We hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed the beautiful villa for 3 weeks in a wonderfully quiet place with a view of the paddy fields and the sea. We were lovingly cared for by 2 women. No effort was too much for them. Every problem was resolved quickly. The children enjoyed the swimming pool.

The access road to enter the villa was badly damaged and there was no shuttle car provided. The staff insisted on entering the villa even though I had told them that there were not enough cars to enter the villa.)

We stayed at Villa Flowerdream. Great villa with a gorgeous view of the volcano and rice fields.The service is great! We ran into a few little hiccups, but all were sorted quickly and efficiently, as you would expect, which was super.They’re quick to respond to enquiries online and the ladies at the resort were amazing during our stay. I read the review below about the food. We actually loved it - we had daily breakfast at the villa and some lunches and dinners and the chef is great (and the different dishes look amazing too).The only thing I would say is that the spa is pricy for what it is, as it is relatively basic but gets charged as a high end spa of a top end resort.All in all a 5 star experience.

What a place! 😍 We absolutely loved the three nights that we spent here. We didn’t even leave the resort, as it was just what we needed at the start of our two weeks in Bali. It is peaceful and serene and picture perfect. If you need to relax and unwind, this place is perfect. The staff are amazing too! Thank you 😊 We will never forget our beautiful stay!

East Bali droom villas has stopen my heart. This place is quiet and beautiful. Everywhere you look you will find relaxation. Even in the smallest details. Today the weather was clouded. But when its clear Mount Agu is clearly visible and magical. The staff and service they offer is the better then anywhere on the island. And funny as well. In 10 years i will come back check if this place is still that enjoyable.

What a fantastic place, beautiful bungalows, delicious food, fantastic views and the staff is so sweet and helpful, highly recommended!You can do very nice tours from the accommodation, we did a private tour to the Lempuyang Temple, very impressive!

Food: By far, the worst (and most expensive) food I ever had in Bali.1. Pizza Margharita - gummy, lack of taste at all. Felt like not properly heated frozen pizza.2. Burger - the bun was dry and hard as a rock (on the picture). Felt like 5day old bread.3. Pineapple smoothie - awful, felt like 90% of old yoghurt and 10% of canned pineapple juice.Prices are unreasonably high already, but they’ll add 11% tax on top, 5% of service and 15% additional for bringing it to your villa (takes 2 minutes, so you could do it by yourself, but they don’t let you).Coffee is awful, espresso felt like one coffee diluted into 5 cups.Go to Warung 5min from the resort and eat Indomie/ Pop Mie Goreng for 15k. You’ll save 300k and eat much better food.Stay: Coming here I thought we booked whole villa for ourselves, but it turned out to be part of a whole resort. Being in the resort is not a problem, but having the staff coming to our villa unannounced few times a day just to “check on lights” is. There’s no privacy, cause you’re constantly under supervision of the owners.Even when we wanted to take pizza from the restaurant for takeaway, they didn’t let us - they insisted to take it by themselves (it’s like 50meters walk).All in all, place is really beautiful, volcano view is awesome, but disgusting food and money-oriented service breaks the experience.Tldr: not worth it.

It’s simple, our stay at Droom Villas exceeded all our expectations. Splendid villa even more stunning than in the photos, careful decoration and comfortable equipment, captivating view of the rice fields and Mount Agung, attentive service worthy of a 5 star both in the bar-restaurant and in room service... We We experienced an enchanted break in this haven of peace! A special mention for the young women of the staff who pampered us like never before, and who notably allowed us to have a wonderful meeting with the village Hindu priest. Authenticity assured! In short, we already want to go back.

My wife and I have just finished our stay at Droom Villas. Our butlers, Kadek Rini and wayan in Sanur, were absolutely amazing. They were very polite, always kept the place clean, and made amazing meals.I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for the nice stay.

Doesn't let me have lunch , in empty restaurant cause stupid policy. I was literally the only person in it. I stay at this place for vacation last week. What is the point ?????Empty resto, I'm just one person. Not a bus of tourists
