Good location, 2 minutes to nearest convenience store (Indomaret). It is surrounded by affordable restaurants and also has one of its own beachfront. 5 minutes walk to Freediving Amed, where my husband took his freediving course.The room is nice and spacious, similar to the photos shown on their listing. The shower has hot water. My husband and I really enjoyed spending our evening sitting on the balcony. They also have a swimming pool but we didn't swim there since we went straight to the sea.We love snorkeling/fun diving off the shore. Not far from the beach, there are beautiful coral reefs around just 5 meters deep, which house families of tropical fishes, and we also spotted moray eels!Easy to access and we don't have to go through narrow alleys to get here as it is located right by the main street. There's also parking areas, scuba dive shop, and a spa/massage here. We definitely recommend this homestay and will come back here if we go to Amed again.

The price is quite cheap and the place is pleasant, the rooms are clean, the room I stayed in had a view of the beach, suitable for families. For breakfast, I chose fried rice, it tasted sweet, mostly soy sauce, next time if it's not suitable to be served, please let the customer know.

Hotel cheated on its photos, the double swimming pool for example is the one next door. Almost no one stayed to eat, the atmosphere was not there. Restriction for breakfast, a small glass of fruit juice for example. On the other hand, good location by the sea. No towels for the beach.
