The perfect hotel to chill! The rooms were clean, perfectly decorated and very well equipped. The breakfast was delicious 😋. The hotel is in a calm area but not far away from famous bars in Amed.

This hotel is a little gem of 6 accommodations located by the sea with a swimming pool. The staff took great care of us and Katek took care of everything. Scooter in front of the hotel and boat to go swimming with fish and turtles. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤩

A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is new, clean and tastefully designed. The service was nice and helpful at every step. Beautiful reef in front of the hotel.

Very nice and clean complex with a pool right on the water and direct access to the beach. It's also worth snorkeling right there. The hotel is still quite new and is partially under construction. However, it is not so easy to explore the area without a scooter. There is also no Grab and Gojek as taxi drivers are supported on site.

Best hotel we have had in Bali for its authenticity, the staff is welcoming, available and adorable. The sea view room is exceptional! There are 9 rooms so it remains intimate. I recommend without hesitation if you want to be quiet.

Disappointing stay - would not recommend. This place brings the worst of branded hotel chains and crappy bnb - you end up paying steep price for unaccommodating and unprofessional service.For a city like Amed (where grab, gojek etc. are not available, and you need to rely on hotels more than average) suggest booking a slightly more established place, where the main staff is a bit more experienced.1. The property is so new that you’re likely to be woken up by construction noise of the work in progress building. However the maintenance is below par and it already shows (eg spots in the bathroom)2. Service is absolutely dismal. The receptionist / manager (Kadek) tries to sell auxiliary services at a hefty premium. Eg 100k for a 2km motorbike ride for 2 people. (Grab app showed 25k for car. Grab driver negotiated with me for 50k). Laundry, snorkeling etc. charged more than other hotels. For overcharging you’ll be told “these are hotel prices not shop prices”. There’s no document or menu showing these prices, my hunch is the manager just pockets the premium.EDIT/ RESPONSE: You’re not trying to “help local drivers”, you’re trying to rip off tourists due to lack of options by charging a whopping 4x the app amount. The other driver, also local asked for 2x the app amount, which I agreed to, and paid him directly. Also, your manager was planning to drop me himself so how is a local driver being helped?3. Last order for dinner is at 8:30 and no room service post that4. Breakfast is 7-10 am and you can order one dish with basic tea/ coffee/ juice.5. You’re provided one hand soap and one other (multipurpose I guess) liquid - all in one shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! Seems the “hotel” tag only shows up in the prices, not anything else.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in early July 2024. Away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali, Amed reminds me of how this island was back in the early 90s when I first visited. The location is great, with direct access to the beach. The staff can organise a boat for snorkelling nearby. The beach at Jemeluk Bay is great for snorkelling too - straight off the beach, with several bar/restaurants on the beach itself. It's about a 10 minute walk from the villas. About halfway are a few sunset bars for a late afternoon cocktail. Shout out to the Jolibest Bar. The staff at Dhauteya are so lovely and attentive, and the garden and pool are stunning. You know you've come to a great place when the staff give you a big hug when you leave! Highly recommended.Dave and family.Sydney, Australia.

Good stay at Dhauteya Villa, we spent 3 nights and we loved it. The hotel is ideally located opposite the ocean offering an ideal vacation panorama. A swimming pool is also available. I recommend taking the hotel massages, they are not that expensive (200,000RPI per person) and are really great.Also, be careful as it is a Grab or Gojek free area so arrange a taxi with the hotel staff, they will find someone for you

Beautiful resort very friendly staff and once in a lifetime experience. The owner is very friendly and cares about the smallest details. Here you feel like you’re with old friends and family. The rooms are very clean and unique. A great place to get away at affordable prices.

We did not stay but had coffee at the beach side Cafe. Staff were great, and so was the cafe latte. We went 6 times and spent a couple of hours enjoying the shade and the breeze of the water.

We spent three nights in this great facility. As a family we had two of the villas next to each other. The villas are stylishly furnished and very clean. The service in the complex is extremely courteous. Kadek tried to fulfill all wishes and responded immediately. We also really enjoyed the snorkeling trip he organized. The restaurant on site was good and had a large selection. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back at any time!

I recently had a beautiful stay for two nights at Dhauteya Villa in Amed. The villa itself is stunning, featuring a nice layout that allows you to catch a breathtaking sunrise right from the front. On clear days, the sight of Lombok Island adds to the villa's charm.Special thanks to Kadek, the guest relationship manager, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted us with the booking process, recommended services such as Balinese massage, snorkeling, and fishing, and even helped coordinate housekeeping, Wi-Fi services, pool cleaning, and more. Having more staff to assist him would enhance the experience even further.The location of the villa is excellent, just an 8-minute walk from Sunset Point. It's also conveniently situated opposite a Chinese restaurant that offers amazing hot tea in different flavors, perfect for warming up on a chilly night.Overall, I highly recommend Dhauteya Villa to all my friends and family. It was a memorable and delightful stay.

The rooms were immaculately cleaned each day and were equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment.I spent a week here to rest and recoup, and it was perfect. Most of my time was spent by the ocean and pool, both of which were beautiful and well-maintained. It was an absolute pleasure to spend three nights in this villa. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They helped me hire a scooter and always greeted me with a smile.The villa itself was immaculate, and had everything you needed, from a hairdryer to a bowl of citronella to ward away mosquitoes.It's right on a pebble beach with easy access. Bring wet shoes if you are not used to walking on pebbles like me. The beach is beautiful and very secluded, unlike the busier nearby Jemeluk strip and Lipah. They also have a beautiful pool too.The food at this place is excellent and was pleasantly surprised by their excellent breakfast. Their mee goreng is superb.If you are ever in the area, you would do yourself a favour by staying here.

The best place I've ever been. Everything was perfect. Beautifull house, very clean. Food was absolutely delicious. All Staff was amazing, very kind, always smiling, very helpfull. We came for 3 days and stayed for over a week till the end of our holiday and it was perfect. Thank you, Kadek for organizing the sunset cruise and the most beautifull snorkeling in my life. Thank you all staff for everything you did for us. We felt like part of a family ❤️❤️❤️pure magic

Stayed four nights here at Dhauteya Villa Amed:Pros:-Quiet and peaceful-Beautiful oceanfront property. Listening to the waves day and night is quite relaxing.-Pool is a nice way to wind down after a long day of adventures around Amed.-Breakfast is delicious! Definitely get the fruit bowl accompanied by your main entree.- Room and bathroom super comfy. Mosquito netting at night if you are worried, but we saw maybe 4 or so max mosquitoes here in early July.-AC is powerful and will keep the room cold :)-Restaurant on site has a good selection of western and Bali/Indonesian cuisine. Their homemade ice cream is awesome.Cons:- We don't have anything negative to say about this stay. If anything, you are a little bit away from the main downtown Amed area. Though it's a 30 minute walk or a ten minute scooter ride there. ATM is maybe a 8 minute walk south.Overall it was a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend staying here!
