DANGER!! Scam!!The hotel is really nice and very relaxing. The staff is very friendly. I was there with my girlfriend and a friend and we actually planned to come back and bring other friends too.However, when checking out it became apparent that there were problems with the bookings. When we arrived we were told that the room we selected costs 700,000 IDR.When I showed the Agoda booking option for 490,000 IDR it said that was an old quote. Nevertheless, I booked two rooms.Then when I wanted to pay I was told I should pay tomorrow. We were then charged IDR 600,000 per room upon checkout.When checking my Agoda booking, I found that the price was now actually 600,000 IDR. However, since I have witnesses who can confirm that the price was previously 490,000 IDR, I assume that the booking was rigged. In fact, I can no longer find the booking in my Agoda app either.I highly recommend the hotel, but I recommend making payment via the app or paying directly upon arrival. It's a shame because I would have really liked to return to this hotel.It should also be noted that there is a 3% surcharge when paying by card. A surcharge that is also illegal and is prohibited by the KK institutes

We booked for one night on our travel route for just one day in Candidasa. We told them we would arrive around 10am and they told us there was no problem. Our reservation was for the beachfront room (not cheap for the prices in that area) when we arrived our name didn't appear but they told us it was no problem and that we should wait until they finished cleaning. When one of the workers arrived and told us to get on the phone with the manager of the place. To our surprise they had overbooked and that the room was for other people and that they were leaving us a room at the entrance next to the road that the room measures 2x2, very small and totally different. She told us that if we didn't like it we should cancel and leave. Very disappointed because we lost half the day looking for another place to stay when we were only passing through there for a day. Terrible service even after having received a confirmation message. I also add that there is a huge change from the photos to reality. Thank goodness we left there.

We stayed 2 nights and it was the noisiest of our trip.Rooms 6 and 7 located on the upper floor are too close to the road which is very busy and noisy (trucks).Otherwise very professional and friendly staff.Hearty and good breakfast by the sea.Pleasant swimming pool.

The lovely lady Comang took us in like family and we have become forever friends. The attention to our care and the many frangipani placed in our lovely room each day was wonderful. Top spot and great breakfasts. Even caught a Mahi Mahi 20m off the beach!
