nice view,I'm here to give my opinion on what I've experiencedI have stayed here twice,The first was 2020 and at that time the impression I got about the views was still the same: good.However, the downside is that the staff guarding the villa lives there (basement) and the family has small children. So it's definitely noisy. And because the owner of the villa was probably told to clean up, the pacing back and forth suddenly appeared.So when I booked again for yesterday, Feb 7th. I already had experience in 2020... and I asked the villa guard NOT TO ENTER ANY LITTLE BIT OF THE VILLA. The guard responded to this request with permission to evacuate because the child liked to cry, he said (and indeed his voice would be heard clearly from inside the villa even if the sound was only on the television)And I also requested not to have to tidy up the villa area. Because I don't want to suddenly relax again, for example if my clothes get wet or, who knows, staff will show up to clean. (Because it's 2020, suddenly it appears from their basement door which is actually in the villa area)And yesterday I was still missed once when there was an adult child of the staff... who for some reason entered the kitchen area (then I immediately contacted the office staff to complain)Because my male brother-in-law was shocked when he said there was a woman in the kitchen, even for a momentInput for management:- if you really don't trust the guests, maybe all the properties are recorded, checked one by one when the guests are in and out) and I think it's normal for the property to be checked in and out- the property can be reduced to plates and glasses, which is really good and lots of it. So just making it standard is not a problem, instead of guests renting a villa but looking like they are being spied on, this and that are taken care of.- actually the villa guard's intentions are good, looking after the villa owner's property, but this could conflict with guest privacy- Maybe the basement stairs door is permanently closed, but the guards can also enter from outside. Because the guard family's activity could be heard very loudly from inside the villaHopefully my review is useful for villa owners and guests who plan to stay here.Everything can be discussed amicably for the good of both partiessend regards for success
