They are dirty, unlivable rooms. The smell of food in the room and the entrance to the rooms is from inside the restaurant. It is not livable at all. You will sleep with insects. I paid the money and left within an hour and never got my money back.

We lived in this hotel from 03/12/24 to 03/24/24 in room 406. I really liked the hotel. The hotel has 4 floors with rooms, no elevator. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, which is not open 24 hours a day, as well as a Thai restaurant, the prices are the same as everywhere else, but the food is very tasty. The rooms are, in principle, spacious, but the downside is that there is no balcony and of course drying things is problematic because of this, there are also a lot of ants, but at the first request everyone made a noise and there were no more ants, the main thing is not to throw fruits and sweets in the trash can. The room is spacious, the room has a TV, refrigerator, safe, shower, toilet, mirror, table, chairs, wardrobe, double bed and very cool)). The rooms are cleaned every day at your request, without any problems. They also bring two bottles of water every day. The bathroom has gel, shampoo, toilet paper. The staff is very kind and will always help and advise if necessary, so when leaving they could carry things to the car. You can tell from the staff that they are simply super and many thanks to them! These two weeks were the best!!! If we have the opportunity to return to this hotel, we will definitely return! 🇧🇾💕

Very pleasant stay at the triple P guesthouse at paying beach. Phenomenal location that was close to just about everything you need when you are staying in Patong (ATM, quality restaurant on floor one and walking distance to Bangla rd and the beach). The staff were very friendly and always had time for conversation. Rooms were spotless clean and comfortable. Strongly recommend this place for accomodation in Patong beach

Cheap accommodation, rooms according to condition, can stay for one night to continue traveling to Phi Phi Island.But the kids' service is very good.

Fantastic hotel, staff are super friendly, get bottles of water to ur room everyday. And the restaurant underneath is on of the best in patong. Very reasonable price and delicious food- highly recommend the flat noodles in soy sauce
