We had a wonderful stay. The host is always incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms and bathroom are beautifully decorated and, above all, very clean, the bed is very comfortable and what we thought was great: there were also small towels, which you don't get that often in Bali.The pool is also very clean and you can use the communal kitchen.We will definitely come back!

Very nice little hotel with a great garden. The host father was very kind and helpful. However, the location is very quiet and may not be suitable for young people.

The host Rai was always so hospitable. I srayed there for 2 weeks and I liked. Highly recommend to visit Nusa Penida and its Kerlingking clif and beach. I went down there by tricky stairs but a lot of insights got. Mom's kitchen is a fine warung near, where you can eat tasty and cheap food.

Great hosts! Cozy and tastefully designed rooms, clean and quiet, very pleasant atmosphere! Ubud can be reached in 10-12 minutes by scooter!

A wonderful new hostel. Small and cozy. Ideal to stay, if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, but without going too far.For those of us who like to combine the usual tourist experience with daily Balinese life, Griya Tropical is the perfect place from which to organize ourselves.The place where it is located offers an experience close to Balinese culture, with character and very typical of Bali, and integrated with the neighbors.In addition, you have the assistance of Raí, the manager, an excellent person, kind and close, but respectful. And he is very integrated into his community, which we value very much, because it gives us confidence.The value for money is exceptional and you can cook there or order food through Grab or Gojek and they will deliver it to your door.It is a small hostel, with only 5 rooms. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are spacious and conformable. Great pool, and has parking for motorcycles.You have an Indomaret supermarket 3 minutes away by motorbike and 2 warung to buy basic things another 3 minutes walk away.

Pls note that the hotel is located on a narrow street where cars can’t reach so getting here will involve some walking. Bikes can go.New hotel, new amenities, AC, comfortable bed, quiet, excellent host - all I could ask for!

We are now in this guest house. Very comfortable, I like absolutely everything! The rooms are stylish, beautiful, the bed is comfortable. There is a TV with access to YouTube. The pool is warm, the area is well-groomed, every day I see how the area is being improved. I am pleased to be here 🙌 The photographs are true to reality. There is a shared kitchen, there are flowers on the tables every day))There are no insects in the room, sometimes ants appear (of course), but the owner sends them away)We are vacationing here with a child (daughter 3 years old). We plan to stay for another two months in this guesthouse.It is located relatively close to the center; we can get to everything we need in 10-15 minutes by bike taxi. The area is quiet, there is no road noise. There are a couple of local shops nearby.There are only 5 rooms in the guest house, so you can’t really see your neighbors, which is also great - it’s secluded.

(+)1. Rooms are neat and clean. I like the choice of color, design, furniture in it. The placement is perfect.2. Good bed and clean sheets.3. AC is good and cold.4. Water heater kettle, coffee, tea and sugar without packaging are available. Good, zero waste and sustainable.5. There are towels, shampoo and liquid soap. There were no brushes and toothpaste, but that's okay because we brought them. The towels are clean, white and smell good.6. There are 2 small bottles of Aqua.7. We requested simple flower decoration in the room because it was our wedding anniversary, they gave us 2 roses. Thank you.8. There is a TV but no channels, you have to sign in your own account for Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video.7. There is no fridge in the room, but there is a large refrigerator and a kitchen complete with kitchen utensils, which can be shared.8. Balconies are great for relaxing.9. Parking is available for motorbikes only.10. The place is quiet even if there are other guests, and it's nice to relax and unwind.(-)1. Dirty cups must be cleaned with citric acid or baking soda.2. The first time I used a dirty kettle water heater like the rest of the previous guests, I made coffee directly in it.3. The entrance to this place is very small (the alley only fits 1 motorbike) and is quite uphill in front, my child and I need to get off the motorbike.
