Very nice villa itself, possibly the best i’ve stayed in, but the wifi is terrible and an ungodly amount of ants in the rooms. Most of the door locks are broken as well.

Fantastic service. Our host, June, made sure that we didn't miss anything, helped organize attractions and made every effort to make the time spent in the villa unforgettable. Delicious breakfasts made by the cook in the villa, rooms cleaned every day, clean, breathtaking view from the pool, A beautifully spent time that we will remember fondly.

Amazing, beautifull villa with incredible rice tarrace view and great localisation! Very clean bathrooms, rooms and spa area. Definitely worth the price :)Jun - our host - is the nicest person in the world! He organized for our group a lot of attractions (sometimes at the last minute😅) and he took care of us like members of his family! So much entrepreneurial and amazing men! We loved our time in villa ♥️

Super luxurious 😍🔥Room 6, each room has a bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided 🫶 very complete. There are two cupboards, one containing shelves and a hair dryer. The other is a hanging cupboard. There are two types of shower, hot and cold. Given new towels every day.The pool??? Very satisfying!! The view is beautiful, the cooking equipment is okay. Hopefully you'll come back again 🫶🫶🔥🔥🔥

After several years of planning I finally made it to Ubud Bali. Bali did not disappoint. We got in really late, around 1:30 am. June and his team greeted us with welcome drinks and escorted us all to our rooms. That was funny. It was 6 of us and 6 rooms but we couldn’t decide which room we wanted! They were all so impeccably decorated and the views, breathtaking. June and his team made us feel at home and safe. Only a phone call a way. He took care of us, driving us to dinner, recommending the perfect spa, and always with a smile. My one regret, a week in Bali just wasn’t long enough!

Guests in your villa are very loud in the middle of the night. We gonna contact police and banjar. Because it very not the first time when whole village can’t sleep because of your crazy guests. We highly recommend find the solution, create and control the rules.

Villa was clean and great with easy access and parking for car. But they need a bit maintenance, chandelier almost falling down is dangerous enough and wall painting need some touch up.
