I stayed to go to Phi Ta Khon Festival from Japan.The service of the staff is very good.The atmosphere on the premises is very good, the rooms are beautiful, and it is exactly a resort hotel in Southeast Asia.There is a gecko in the room, but you don't have to worry about harm, so you can sleep in peace.It's a hotel I want to use again.I stayed here to go to Phi Ta Khon Festival from Japan.The staff's service is very good.The grounds have a great atmosphere and the rooms are clean, making it a true Southeast Asian resort hotel.There are geckos in the room, but you can rest in peace as there is no fear that they will harm you.This is a hotel I would like to use again.

The owner came out to receive the service himself. Very good service, good conversation, recommending places to visit, restaurants, and recommending all types of travel. Just attached to the bathroom, not strong. And the water isn't hot at all. The machine seems broken in both rooms and the weather is very cold.

The atmosphere is good, but there is a lack of maintenance. I understand that with a lot of space, the maintenance costs are probably a lot. You can take a walk around the resort. If you don't think too much, just go and see Nong Kwai for fun.

We were the only guests at the resort but that was because after Covid they had to make a new start. But it's a beautiful place to stay.

The Phunacome Resort has undeniable assets, namely a very appreciable rural setting, and very comfortable accommodation with a beautiful view of the park. But the overall level of the establishment is not at all up to the ambitions and prices. The price displayed is fanciful, and even with a significant reduction, the establishment is not up to par. Very ordinary food, and lousy and unprofessional service. Same reception, we almost left. To the owner: train your staff, improve the food, and yes, your establishment will be up to standard!

It is an environmentally friendly hotel. It uses solar energy. There are activities to do in the resort. But you must reserve in advance.Decorating with a mix of local items It has a cute buffalo symbol.Breakfast if there are many customers It will be a buffet style, not a lot of food, but it's okay.If there are few customers You will be able to order breakfast as a set, including porridge, fried eggs, American sausage, pan-fried eggs, and fruit.The room has a mountain view and a quiet atmosphere. The bed is a little hard. I don't sleep very well. The bathroom has good water flow. But the water will sometimes be hot or not. The room is not soundproof.I like the hotel's concept of loving the environment and low carbon and it is my first choice if I go to Loei Province. I come to stay again often in this hotel.

The room is clean but feels a bit old. Nidrisod is quite messy, probably because it focuses on the lifestyle of the villagers. There are activities to do but you must reserve the activities in advance. The food will only be for health lovers, no MSG. Personally, it's better to make a lot of it than deduct the food.

We came to hold a seminar here on March 4, '21, totaling 19 people. The atmosphere of the accommodation makes you feel like you are with nature - trees. Local - Nong Kwai Culture - Cotton. Very cute. The waiters are very polite. The best thing is that I like the hotel's concept of protecting the environment, but what still needs to be adjusted is the food. This time the menu provided was not worth the price.

Used to be excellent on previous visits but now seems to be suffering due to Covid and consequent staff cutbacks. Dinner and breakfast now poor but previously very good. Remaining staff are lovely. I will go back again after the global pandemic is over.

Very good, very over priced. Spacious room, good service The food is very delicious and has a lot of variety. I recommend you to try the pork soup in the morning. The weather is good, there are many activities, there is a lot of space to walk around. Definitely going again.
