Stayed for a short time I can tell you that no one should fall in.If something breaks, you have to fix it yourself. The owner and the housekeeper gossip about the customers.Small room, expensive, raising chickens, loud noise every day. Lots and lots and lots of annoying environments.

Stay on a daily basis. Reserve 2 rooms for 2 nights. There is a key deposit of 100 baht per room. Arrive at almost 7:00 p.m. on the first day. Go into the room, put your things away, then go outside. Came in again at 8 p.m. Entering the bathroom, it turned out that the bidet hose was broken. I went to inform the owner but couldn't find him, so I called to inform him. His uncle said that it was late in the evening and he couldn't change it in time. We said it was okay and let us know. Another day, my uncle brought it to change for me. When returning the key, the deposit of 100 was taken and said that we did not inform them when entering the room at all. The employee confirmed that it was not damaged. Recommend people to stay here. You must check all equipment immediately.

Monthly rent. Stay in the dorm for less than a month. The owner of the dormitory does not charge the electricity according to the meter, but pays 1,000 baht in total. The owner's face swings like he is not willing to provide the service. Whatever you borrow, the rent is charged. Even the doormat

Sucks!! The owner is a teacher but likes to gossip about customers. Bloody face!! I've lived in both dormitories and rented houses that are owned by the same owner as this dorm. What kind of bad dormitory is? How bad is it? The rented house is worse, even worse. And there's still blood in the face when the customer leaves and will pay 500 to clean the room. (Not included in the contract I didn't tell you from the beginning. I told them to demand it when the renter left half a month.) It's not an issue, it's the responsibility of the dormitory to have a housekeeper come and clean every room. Problems with water meters are very common. What are you doing with the money? We pay directly every month all the time, using the money to spend until you don't pay the water bill. The waterworks comes to cut off the water at the rented house. with the residents having already paid and directly as well Oh, and most importantly, the owner of the dormitory didn't properly install the water meter for the room we were in. This time, let's solve the problem that caused the residents to move to another room, which is more expensive. If you don't move, use the phrase Otherwise, go find someone to help you rent if you want to stay in a cheaper room than before. Haha, is that my duty?? Do not come and stay here. Service is terrible. Basement 4,000. The upper rooms are even more expensive, not worth it. The dormitory owner acts like a bully towards the residents. Shouting and yelling at the tenants You can speak without listening. Can't see the customer's headLikes to overcharge. Charges for air conditioning, refrigerator, electricity, and water are more expensive than it actually is. When they go to talk, they like to use violence. Carrying sharp objects to threaten tenantsExpensive, smelly room, rats, cockroaches, lots of snakes. I recommend that if you are still there, move out. As for if anyone is thinking of coming to stay I recommend looking elsewhere. Warning with good intentions from people who are about to move out.#It's dangerous here.

I used to sleep in a 600 baht room, but when I slept in a 500 baht room on the 3rd floor, there was no TV. I couldn't handle it. 500 baht, other places have TV for me. The blankets and towels are very stuffy😖😖

Whoever is coming to stay, just run away. I booked for 700 baht but ended up staying in the basement. (I don't know how much it costs.) Complete with 3 twisted hangers. Next is a table with chairs. There are towels, 2 bottles of water and 2 glasses on the table and 2 power plugs ready to install a TV, but hey, there aren't any. Opposite is a bed with a smelly blanket. One bed smells bad. On the side of the bed is a window that looks out. The waist is at the same level as the grass. I'm 180 cm tall. There are nude-colored curtains. And above the curtain is a psi brand air conditioner, standard model. This is all the rooms have. about to move out Owner and employeesGood service, so good that I had to move out....The rooms are expensive, not complete, every room has different equipment.There are always problems with water. There's a lot of dust.The clothes that were hung up to dry had dust and bird droppings on them.(There is a net for birds to poop on the renters' clothes to dry.)The owner speaks badly. The dorm management system is very bad. I don't recommend it at all. and will not recommend any acquaintances to stay there. If anyone has to come to work in this area, they will tell you to stay somewhere else. The dormitory is very far from the entrance of the alley but still acceptable. But the management system of the accommodation is very bad. This can't be accepted. Lost money to stay. The price isn't cheap enough to be bad. You can do this with customers.
