I booked this hostel through a platform, when I arrived I was told that they were no longer registered through that platform and that they had not received my reservation. Having arrived at night I was given a bed in a dormitory and the gentleman at reception was very helpful with information. Average cleanliness and cheap prices.

The price was written at 102,000 per room for two people, when my wife and I arrived, the price was actually charged at 125 thousand per person, not per room, even though my wife and I were raising our 2 children.It's amazing, yes, the price is different from the application even though we already asked, but the receptionist said casually that we are following the procedure, your bald is the procedure... Embezzlement, yes, bro.

The rooms were really dirty. It does not look the same as on the pictures. There was mold, the ceiling was coming apart, the mirror was broken and you almost could not see yourself and there were toe nails laying next to my bed. The service was fine, and the owners were nice.

Well located, we appreciate the hot shower after 2 p.m. in the car, comfortable room, air conditioning, excellent breakfast.Free pick-up to go to the port.The staff is welcoming.

The first night the door electric alarm kept going off. Should be fixed before having people stay. But i was moved quickly and enjoyed my stay. The management are spot on with suggestions. The location is great as i really liked the city of Manado.

Ok beds, not too many people in each dorm. Hot water and AC. Friendly staff
The road is super noisy and it makes difficult to sleep even late at night. It, needs maintenance especially the common areas, especially the kitchen

If you order from the application, is the price according to the application? Or are there any additional costs?The problem is that I booked at another hotel, but when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist asked for the difference in room fees, even though I had previously paid via the booking application.
