Amanda, the host, built herself and her guests a beautiful hotel and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We instantly felt at home.Amandas hospitality is beyond extraordinary! She went more than the extra mile to make ourselves with our two children (1.5 and 3.5) comfortable. She organised toys, children beds, children towels, books - just everything we didn't even knew we could wish!The staff is also very nice and Amanda's chef is one of the best on the while island for sure. If you go to Bunaken - this is where you want to stay!

This was truly one of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at in all of Indonesia. The place is clean, comfortable, well decorated and equiped with all the necessary facilities to leave you wishing for nothing. There’s air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room; toothpaste, shower essentials, sunscreen and even deodorant in both bedrooms; hot chocolate, coffee and tea making facilities; and two balconies with the main one aimed at the beach and ocean, which reaches up to your doorstep during high tide. Magnificent location, truly!Still need anything else? Have questions? Special requests? No problem! Amanda is the most gracious and warm host and the staff is incredibly, sincerely friendly and helpful. You get three meals a day, all authentic Indonesian cuisine tailored to your tastes and needs, and for your leisure activities you can count on Abdol to take you to snorkeling and dolphin-watching spots around the island. We also saw a lot of sea turtles and even a swordfish/marlin jumping up out of the water.In conclusion, if you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful places in Indonesia, look no further. The White House Bunaken has got you covered, big time.

What to say but that we had a wonderful stay at the White House! We had a private boat from Manado and they drop us just in front of the House, literally located on the beach. Amanda and her staff gave us a warm welcoming with a great service.With had the room at the main floor, with a terrasse and a private bathroom. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. Now let’s talk about the stay. Amanda is THE host! She is really great and helpful whatever you ask for, therefor we felt she takes a lot of care to her customers to make them feel at home. She arrange us the driver and the boat to join Bunaken from Manado, which was really helpful as we had to organize nothing at all.The food there is amazing! Yanni is a great cooker who will makes really good local meals every lunch and diner, we really had a large panel of what can be Indonesian food with subtlety and variety.The rest of the team is really nice to, and everyone is taking care to make you having a good stay.We cannot say anything but definitely recommend hundred per cent to go there, you won’t regret your choice.Thanks a lot for this great moment there.Lea and Jean

I stayed with my family over the weekend and we found the place clean, comfortable and cosy with yummy food prepared daily. our host, Amanda also looked after all our needs and transportation was seamless. we would love to return when we have a chance!

I had a fantastic stay at this homestay hosted by Amanda and her attentive staff. They were responsive to our needs, and the three delicious meals a day were a delightful touch. The house, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in black and white, created a charming atmosphere. Additionally, the complete amenities enhanced the overall comfort, making it a highly recommended getaway destination in Bunaken!

Amanda is such a lovely host, always making sure we have what we needed.Rooms and toilets are clean and being cleaned on daily basis.Amenities like towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, snacks are providedFood are always delicious with many varieties. We’re being introduced to local delicacies and unique local dessertsStaffs are friendly and helpful. Definitely deserve the 5 star reviews and would totally recommend 👍🏻

Host Amanda is amazing. All meals are provided and food were delicious. There are 3 caretakers in the house to take care of all your needs. House is very clean and nicely decorated and very detail are thought out well.Will definitely want to visit again!!
