Unfortunately, I only spent one night there, but I felt very comfortable in the homestay with my own small apartment (it took some getting used to that the sink in the bathroom is not connected).During the day I went spearfishing with Jenry. That was really great! And in the evening I was taken to Tangkoko (Jenry organized the transport and told the owner of the homestay in Tangkoko that I would arrive late).

We spent two nights in the Jenifer Homestay in Pulisan.Jenry and his wife Lani are adorable and made us feel very welcome!Jenry is a guide and fisherman. He is passionate about his beautiful region and can organize excursions for you even if you do not sleep with him. We spent a whole day on different beaches, each more beautiful than the other. The seabed is just as wonderful! A fireworks display of colors, corals and fish awaits you!Lani, his wife, is an excellent cook. We ate there every evening. During our day trip, she specially prepared lunch and brought it to the beach! It was divine! The best fish we had in Sulawesi.The room is spacious and there is an entrance/living room with very comfortable sofas. The bed is a real bed, very comfortable too. A small bathroom completes the room. She is private.The Homestay is 5 minutes by scooter from very beautiful beaches. It is possible to rent a scooter on site.We highly recommend this address managed by passionate locals!

Pulisan is a little piece of paradise with little connection. So it is a great place to leave your worries behind and take in the beautiful surroundings! Jendry and Lani were very welcoming and made sure that our short stay would be memorable. Freshly caught fish were our meals :)We were able to rent a motorbike and go to Tangkoko National Park with it (incredible drive)!Loved every second, thank you again Jenifer Homestay and thank you Jendry for the pick nick (we barbecued some fish and went snorkeling) and the introduction to captikus

This was the right place for me to be able to relax for a few days. Finally a room that offers a good standard and makes you feel at home.Jenry and his family gave me this room, the service was always courteous and friendly.The food was always incredibly delicious!In addition to the all-round service, the family also offers tours to beaches, diving, spearfishing and fishing.So I had the opportunity to go with Jenry to a deserted beach by boat, watch him spearfishing and grill the freshly caught fish over the fire. Here too he offered great comfort by bringing a hammock with him.The highlight was a great sunset on the beach.Many thanks to the whole family for these wonderful experiences!

I had a wonderful stay at Jenifer Homestay! The family is incredibly kind and is always available to help organize activities and transportation (camping, snorkeling, diving, fishing...), and their cooking is excellent ☺️ Thank you for everything!

We had a lovely couple days staying at Jennifer homestay. Jendry and his wife Lani help you have the experience you want to have. We weren't sure what we wanted to do and Jendry suggested spear fishing. He took us spear fishing twice and it was awesome! We caught our own lunch both days and then we grilled the fish over a fire! We also did some diving and they have a scooter you can use!Lots of beautiful beaches around that are best accessed via boat with Jendry! We hope we can come back and visit sometime! A very pleasant place!Also a great place to reconnect as there is no wifi and limited cell service.

I went for a week and stayed three. I have an affection for local diverse cultures, rather than the checklists that usually accompanies tourism.Yet Pulisan had it all. Great beaches. Lovely roads for scooter exploring. But most of all, warm friendly people.Llanee, Jendry and Jennifer were wonderful host. Showing care and consideration for the quality of my experience. Llanee is a great cook and I relished every meal.If you want to have an authentic heartfelt Sulawesi experience, look no further.
