The price-performance ratio is not right at all and is unacceptable, as is the name Tanta Moon Luxury Villas, which is more than misleading.Defects will not be repaired:- Missing box door handle, door is difficult to open.- The bathroom door cannot be locked or locked as there is no lock and it automatically opens again approx. 20 cm.- Dim light in the bathroom, 2 of 4 lamps broken.- The faucet on the lavabo can only be operated with two hands as it is not fixed.- Roaring air conditioningThe generator/power is switched off overnight (not mentioned anywhere), which also results in:- no light- no water- no flushing toilets- no WiFi- no air conditioning- Fridge turned off- Unable to charge the phone/tabletBungalows are not cleaned during absence because the "Luxury Villas" manager, who does not speak English, apparently does not have a second key to the bungalows.The only positive thing was the view of the sea, which I couldn't really enjoy despite all the unpleasantness.As an individual, I paid CHF 560.- for 3 nights full board via E-Bookers, the same as 2 people, which makes the price-performance ratio even MORE UNACCEPTABLE!Unfortunately once :'(( but certainly never again!!!

Much promised, nothing kept, never again, booking via eBooker. Minibar empty, annoying every day because, according to the contract, money from eBooker is only paid out after the guest arrives. Always no water, no electricity at night, no water and no internet. No trace of luxury. Never again
