Compared to the price, even though it is cheap, the facilities provided are minimal and do not match those stated in the booking application. The room I booked didn't have mineral water, the AC remote had to be requested at the reception desk, and you had to go down the stairs from the 3rd floor.The door to the room was not tight, a manual lock was used and there was a fairly long crack in the door. The window doesn't have a view at all, because it is directly against the wall of the building next to it.The male waiter at the receptionist was not friendly, never smiled at all.The breakfast menu must be chosen first and then made. Guests wait in the cafe attached to the hotel. I ordered toast, 10 minutes later the waiter came and said the bread was out. Asked to be replaced with fried rice, and I waited 30 minutes.The parking lot is also narrow.

For a budget hotel type, there is ONLY 1 advantage of this hotel, namely >>>> THERE ARE NO DISADVANTAGES... The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, the location is strategic... so the value is 5 stars+++++... Will stay here if I go to MDC again.

The rooms are quite big, but the facilities are not completeFor example, there is no water heater. But everything else is fine. In the future, so that it can be more advanced, more facilities will be added so that it will be more busy..

Nice place, clean rooms, delicious breakfast but can only start at 8. Hopefully in the future breakfast can be earlier. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The cafe has a special and delicious coffee menu. Wifi is good, can make you rest, there is no noise from the neighboring rooms.

Clean hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the Roa and Cakalang fried rice breakfast is delicious, there is a cafe next to the hotel where you can have breakfast, the coffee is really delicious, recommended, the cafe staff is also very helpful. Breakfast is ready at 8, special cases can be negotiated with the staff.

Great service from check-in to check-out, the price is affordable, the staff are friendly and helpful, in the morning I was reminded via telephone for breakfast (fried rice) which was delicious and the portions were quite large in my opinion. Got a room with cold AC and HD TV channels. The bathroom has towels and hot water available, toiletries are lacking but can be requested from the receptionist. The quality of the rooms matches the price.Close to a pastry/croissant shop and next to the hotel there is a cafe. Suitable for business needs and staycations.

Thank you Heine Hotel & Resto for just 5 stars 😊Photo dated 30 Jan 2021The admin is friendly, honest, if a room is being painted and the walls are leaking,The room I chose was 300 thousand. Not dark like other 2 star hotels. The room I got wasn't dirty, comfortable, far from the commotion because it was at the back. Stayed only because I wanted to be invited to the nearest hotel. But I still bring spray and blangket from home hahaha I'm afraid of Covid. Oh yeah, what's missing is there's no clothes hanger. Thank You

Located on T-junction road on the main road of SamRat. Both hotel and cafe, cheap price and hospitality service. Clean and lively. They used sanitary protocol for both worker and costumer
