The staff named NOVAN should not be used for hotel services, just use them as the head of the hostel, we checked out at 11, we left 2 suitcases and they will be picked up at 14. because our flight was at 17... more than 13.30 to leave the fine luggage... what hotel was our hostel staying in for 5 nights, I just asked for dispensation to leave the suitcase until 14, the answer was curt that even staying for 1 month wasn't allowed... this is a hotel should be converted into a hostel.Turns out it's been 2 years since Krywn N has been complaining a lot to the customer, very rude and unfriendly

This is a very recommended hotel stay base on it price.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again when my next visit to Manado.

Bad service. Once I was fined 150 thousand when checking out because the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though I didn't smoke at all in the room. Very not recommended.

It's good, but I'm really sorry, it's a bit lacking because you have to add more fees even though it's already been paid for by the Oyo application, but they say there's an additional fee because if you use a discount it's cheaper, if not, it's better not to just give a discount. It's better to order Reddoorz, the price is according to the application so there are no extras

No longer working with the application. Order rejected, told to refund. You have to order offline at the hotel (prices are more expensive). Maybe you can update it to the online hotel service provider so you don't misunderstand. Thank you, hopefully the service can be better.
