Avons Residence, located in Bumi Beringin Manado, is one of the accommodation options for tourists who are looking for a place to stay at an affordable price. Even though it doesn't offer luxurious facilities, this place has several advantages that make it worth considering, even though overall it could be said to be ordinary.As soon as I entered Avons Residence, I immediately felt a simple but quite comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are clean, although the decoration is not very attractive. The bed provided is comfortable enough to rest after a day of activities. However, I feel that the facilities offered are still inadequate, such as the lack of stable Wi-Fi access and limited toiletries.One of the positive things about Avons Residence is its strategic location. Located not far from the center of Manado city, visitors can easily access various interesting places such as restaurants, shopping centers and other tourist attractions. The staff here are also quite friendly and helpful, although not always prompt in responding to requests.Overall, Avons Residence in Bumi Beringin Manado can provide an adequate staying experience at an affordable price. Even though there are several drawbacks, this place is suitable for those of you who are looking for accommodation without having to spend a lot of money. I give Avons Residence a 3 out of 5, and would probably consider returning if I needed a simple place to stay in Manado.

The hotel AC wasn't cold, the reason I waited half an hour, it wasn't cold, 3 hours I waited, it didn't get cold, I was told to look at it, didn't come, finally I checked out that night, I was so annoyed, I just booked the hotel, the service was bad.

The bathroom is quite clean... The service is just ordinary. And the location is not bad.. The AC is not functioning normally and is hot.. I ordered a large room but the bed is small

For the room I give a score of 3 out of 5. When you arrived the staff seemed unprepared. I ordered a deluxe room. Big room. But there are no additional chairs or tables like the picture on Traveloka. There are no trash cans in the room and bathroom, there is no toilet tissue. Luckily the room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom has no dry wet area. I called the receptionist, luckily the receptionist was friendly, I asked for a trash can and tissue too.Breakfast is very standard. Bread, Nasgor and omelettes 🤔 for the price of 350 thousand per night I don't recommend it. Maybe in the 250k range, that's okay.But their restaurant on the top floor has beautiful views and can see the sea. The restaurant food is delicious. I don't know, maybe the person who made breakfast didn't intend to 😂. I give the restaurant a rating of 4 out of 5
