My partner and I loved our time at the resort! It was short unfortunately but lovely. We stayed 4 nights and had 2 days of diving which was some of the best diving we have ever experienced. The guides are very knowledgeable and well trained. The dive locations are mesmerizing and the staff are all super sweet. We did a couple of the land tours with them as well, on the jungle hike we saw tarsiers, bats, monkeys and cuscus! We also did the full day highlands tour which was such an amazing way to spend the day. The property is gorgeous, the meals were delicious and the rooms quite comfy :) We would love to return and will recommend this location to anyone looking to dive in Indonesia.I have not had time to go through all my dive footage so just adding a couple of pictures from our land tours :)

What an incredible experience! The resort was stunning, with the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Everyone worked together effortlessly, always greeting us with a warm smile. The rooms were spacious, with cozy beds and plush pillows. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Our diving adventure was unforgettable—we did a 3-tank dive, and the hot lunch prepared for us afterward was beyond amazing. The crew was both knowledgeable and focused on safety. We had an absolute blast and so much fun. I highly recommend it!

The resort is well suited for divers but also offers plenty of other activities to enjoy the general Manado / North Sulawesi area. The resort is beautifully situated in nature so has a really nice vibe about it. Davin was our dive guide, he was brilliant - very fun and we felt safe. The people involved with this resort are doing wonderful things to leave a positive impact in general to the local communities and the region.

We ended our three week trip through Sulawesi with a two day stay at Thalassa. We were able to check in early upon arrival without any problem and were given a very warm welcome. The communication in advance was quick and helpful. We had a great bungalow right by the pool with a large terrace. It is worth mentioning that they are equipped with water, coffee, tea, minibar and drying rack. The food was very tasty. There was mostly a buffet and the selection was always sufficient (soup, main course, dessert). The staff was always friendly, helpful and very well trained. We can also highly recommend the massage. It should be mentioned that the resort not only generously supports several schools and school projects financially, but also builds and expands them on its own.The students/graduates are integrated into many parts of the resort (service, diving school, etc.). As a guest you can therefore benefit from the good training of the staff. This commitment is great!Unfortunately, as a guest you don't find out about this initiative in advance (homepage etc.), but only on site. During our stay there was an event in the evening where guests were informed about the project. The dinner was also accompanied by performances by the students in order to generate donations (voluntary!). Unfortunately, the location used for this is a seminar room, which does not do justice to the ambience of the resort. This was not mentioned when booking full board. In addition, the swimming course for the students took place on Saturday morning in the hotel's pool from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Due to the proximity of our bungalow to the pool, it was very loud in the morning and the pool is not available for swimming at this time (in fact, yes, but you don't want to swim there with the students in just a bikini).

What a wonderful place, near Manado but still in the peace and nature. From here you can easily reach the beautiful Bunaken islands. The people at the resort are very nice and very helpful. The location, the unique paintings, the beautiful houses and the beautiful swimming pool make it a special place.
