The family went to Lombok for 3 days. They did not see fit to block reservations on booking. I waited 3 hours outside for nothing. No response by message or call.

The bed is comfortable, although it makes noiseThe air conditioning cools well, but it makes noiseThe location is kind of good, but there is a lot of noise and you can hear the mosque, which is a few meters away.In the courtyard/entrance of the hotel there is a good atmosphere, but also noise.It's cool, but there's a lot of noise.They rent bikes, and hire excursions, and the owner is very nice and is open to negotiating prices very easily.Basically almost everything is fine if it weren't for the noise there is all the time and what's outside is not pretty. Everything is pretty run down and dirty, although the atmosphere is friendly, and for what you pay it's cool. Although you have to negotiate it there and then.
