SCAM!I don’t know how this “hotel” is supposed to have three stars?!?Management Tips:I feel very sorry for the employees and owners of this “hotel”, but you should consider replacing the toilet seat or at least fixing it. You might also want to stabilize the doors a little.You should also reconsider the snorkeling offer. You can't say that it starts at 6 a.m. and otherwise you'll sleep until 6:20 a.m. In addition, the snorkeling trip was scheduled to last 3 hours and it was finished after 1:30 hour and I still had to pay the full price! You are absolute scammers!

Terrible dirty place, loose toilet lid, broken bed, dirty and foul-smelling bed clothes, totally unhealthy clogged box I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.I suggest the hosting platforms discredit these scammers beyond that, they withheld our stays because we had informed that there was no way to stay.To date, booking has not returned us any information about the return of this investment in which we did not stay.

SCAM Worst accommodation I have ever booked in my life. Don't try to stay there. The photos do not match the reality of the place. At the end of last year 2023/2024 I made a reservation for the accommodation via Booking. When I arrived at the accommodation I made the payment via credit card, when I arrived at the room I found old, broken and dirty furniture. The toilet lid was broken. I went to another room, also in poor hygiene conditions, a completely unhealthy environment and with a musty smell. The shower drain was blocked, preventing water from flowing. I called those responsible for the accommodation and informed them that I did not want to stay there any longer, due to the various non-conformities. They simply refused to cancel my credit card payment. As it was the end of the year and I didn't want to have any more problems in this “inn”, which looks more like a house of horrors, I had to make a new reservation and go to another inn. It is located near the port, about 5 blocks inward through dirty and destroyed streets.The accommodation has the basics, it includes a minimum breakfast that you have to be very patient with, they bring you what they want and for example you have to remind them about coffee because they forget it.The hygiene of the place is not good.The advertisement is misleading, for example it says kitchen for guests (that's why I hired it) and it is not true, there is a completely dirty space that only they can use.The worst thing is meters from the mosque and performs 5 Adhan per day, the first is at dawn around 5:30 AM, the volume of the speakers is so loud that it makes you jump out of bed, it is a horrible moment that happens every day, terrible lack of respect from the mosque towards the non-Muslim population and towards them too, should not be allowed.Don't even dream that you will be able to sleep!I do not recommend it!
