We stayed here spontaneously for two nights and absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us out in a pinch. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured a balcony with a sea view, plus a large bathroom. While the breakfast wasn’t exceptional, the lunch was fantastic. The place is cozy and feels like a tranquil home. Each morning, we enjoyed the sunrise from the little huts and took a swim in the ocean afterward. They even have a cute cat that adds to the paradise vibe. Just be mindful of the mosquitoes. We’ll definitely return!

Overral stay was so bad that we considered changing hotel even paying more, however, due to high season, that wasn’t possible. The price paid in this place will never worth what you get. Upon arrival we were given a room with absolute dirty bathroom and the toilet was broken. We asked for a change and they gave us another option which had a terribly dirty toilet with the shower stuck in the drain (in the floor, literally). We ended up in a third option which was less worse. The room floor was greasy and the walls were covered in mold. The bathroom had no window or fan neither anything separating the shower area from the rest, the result was a flooded bathroom toilet and sink area, which never dried during our stay. We haven’t been provided any floor towel or drying rug. Conclusion: room became a mess. The bed liners were stinky and with marks of mud. But the worse part was definitely the water outages. Not having water to shower after long days in the beach disrupted our trip. Many times water simply shut down during shower. That said, we don’t know if the water outage is a problem that affects the whole island. They entitled the place “bungalow”, whereas it should be called “hostel”.The staff are super friendly and supportive. They make a nice pizza. By far, the best part of staying in Biru Meno is the beachfront view and the nice sunrise.

The location is fantastic and is literally on the beach. The staff works well and delivers a decent service. The sunrise occurs in front of the inn and it is so beautiful to watch.However, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty and in need of urgent deep cleaning. The bathroom's layout did not allow water to drain properly and the floor under the sink was constantly soaked. The ceiling is moldy and our first room had a loose and very dirty toilet. The floor of the room is greasy and the sheets have a bad smell. In the bathroom, the water is salty and frequently missing, although I believe this is a problem on the island of Gili Meno.Therefore, our opinion about the place was that, once these conditions are accepted, the stay is satisfactory because the island offers unforgettable moments.

The location is good, even if not on the sunset side, the rooms are right on the beach. Despite high prices for the average Indonesian, the standards and comforts do not live up to the price. All in all good, breakfast was also good.

Very nicely located facility. Almost picturesque on Paradise Beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. The employees are very friendly and very quick. The food was very good. Would come here again.

Rooms not well clean the floor was dirty , when I ask for shower gel , they just give soap for wash dishes, is a shame because the from beach is beautiful , they need to training the staff better...
