This hotel is wonderful, from the first moment we felt at home. There were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived (which always happens) and everything worked perfectly and was even better than we expected. The room, the open-air bathroom, the pool, the attention of the workers... everything was a 10! The best hotel of the trip so far

The rooms are pretty, the pool is nice, and the private beach view is very pretty. The staff service is also very good. However, the water pressure is a little weak, but it doesn't make washing difficult, so don't worry. Highly recommended. I had a good rest.Oh, and I also recommend Fontevilla Massage. The price is reasonable, and if you feel unwell, you can take a shower in your room and go right away, which is convenient and nice. I received it from Heda and Ida, and they were kind and hardworking. Don't bother going out again and get a Fontevilla massage. Recommended.

It's not a bad place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it.-Advantages: 1. Beautiful landscaping and exterior pool 2. Private beach-Disadvantages: 1. Ambiguous location - A bicycle is required everywhere, and it is difficult to walk in the heat in the port/north turtle zone/west sunset zone (rentals are available at the hotel, but for a fee) 2. Rooms are narrow / bedding is unusually hot 3. Water quality - per day Filters need to be replaced every time, but some say this applies to the entire Gili Islands. 4. The service was not professional either.

We spent three days here and we would definitely repeat, Maroon was super nice and friendly as well as all the staff who work there.The rooms are very new, clean, the outdoor shower.The breakfast was spectacular, freshly squeezed juices, I definitely recommend trying the banana pancakes.We also rented two bikes at a good price.Very attentive staff, good location.Access to the pool as soon as you leave the room.
