Room was so cool, location lovely for the whole of Gili Air. The staff were fantastic and made sure we had everything and helped us with snorkel tour and hiring bikes

We spent a week at Amel House and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were always spotless clean and they (and the bathrooms) were beautiful. There were many thought out details. We also really enjoyed the pool area.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t recommend it enough! The rooms are spacious, clean and private also it’s in a great location for anything you could want to do in Gili Air. The staff are so friendly and will do anything to help during your stay here, highly recommend if you are coming to Gili Air!

For the money - a great hotel!Neat, cozy, aesthetic. The details make this room a pleasure to stay in.There are only 4 rooms, your own swimming pool, street lights, greenery - it is pleasant to be located both on the territory and inside the house.And the attention to detail, for the first time I met such a thing that the room had sarongs and blankets for the beach and a handbag for this!)))And also small thermoses, baskets for towels, beautiful bottles of water, and a lot of hangers!)Refrigerator, kettle, safe, dishes, all hygiene products, even ear sticks, everything is there!The administrator is attentive, friendly, smiling)The hotel is located near the beach and the center, it is convenient to get there and there.The pool is small, but you can swim, towels, sun loungers, everything is provided.I'm taking off a star only for the quality of construction, which in general is a common story in Indonesia: it drips here, leaks there, falls off there. It’s not critical, but it’s a fact, I can’t help but say it.However, despite the fact that I am very attentive to this, this hotel was so cozy and atmospheric that I didn’t really pay attention to it)And there were problems with hot water, I also understand that the island needs to be blessed with at least some hot water, nevertheless, I think it’s important to mention this.I definitely recommend this hotel, I will return to the island, I think I will choose this hotel again.

Attentive and helpful staff to sort out issues like tripping power, malfunctioning safe, refilling water etc but the accommodation should have been built to a better quality in the first place so power wouldn’t trip any time it rains (I was staying in the rainy season), doors would lock better, with a bit of insulation the aircon would be more efficient and not having to go full blast all day etc… all in all probably I would stay again but some of these issues should be dealt with for everyone’s sake!

Amel House is a nice stay with 4 rooms and a pool. It’s 15 minutes walk from the harbor. To the beach is 8 minutes walk. If you don’t like to walk you can rent a bike or take a horse taxi. I decided to walk as it’s a small island.Amel house has good vibes, very clean and friendly staff. They run that extra mile for you 😁They provide fresh water on request and have a warm shower. They highly contribute reducing waste. They serve breakfast on request.I prefer this stay as it’s having your privacy, better then a hotel at the beach where people watch you when sun bathing 🙈Good restaurants are nearby and not expensive.I extended my stay with a week and would certainly recommend this nice small lovely place. 🥰

PERFECT! Cleanliness worthy of a star and services that go with it. We were delighted with our 6 nights spent, it was just perfect. Nothing to complain about. There is even the possibility of having a massage at home in your room. If that’s not luxury! There will soon be a swimming pool also for the next ones 😉

Loved our stay here! Stayed here for 1 week and it was perfect. The outdoor shower was lovely, and the service from the staff was A+. Also loved that we had a fridge in the room. Would recommend 100%.

The location is not at the main road so it is quite and peaceful here 👍The view is nice they have lots of flowers around the room so its quite nice to see,it has a back yo nature theme🌟The staff really kind speaks good english,they can also call you a medical team if you are not feeling well🔥The room is spacious and clean,the bathroom is nice and they give you toilet amnities☺️I recommend this place if you wanna stay at gili air ❤️

Really loved our stay here! Would 100% recommend.Pros:- Beautiful, modern, clean, + spacious rooms- Stunning, semi-outdoor washrooms with high-quality products- Amazing customer service- Room was nice and cold when we arrived- Lots of thoughtful extras (raincoats, reusable water bottles, little flowers laying around, etc.)- No single-use plastic being used- Unlimited waterCons:- Wifi could be stronger- Hot water takes a long time sometimes

We stayed here for four nights and it was a great experience! The room was beautiful and very well decorated, full of nice details. The AC worked perfect and we loved the “outdoor shower”.Showering with the sun is a whole vibe. The staff is super nice and helpful, they offer bikes for rent, they arranged our laundry and our tickets to Bali. It is not so close to the beach and the center walking, I definitely recommend renting bikes.
