I stayed about 2 weeks here. People are so kind and friendly. This is the only accommodation providing fresh water with reasonable price in Gili Meno. I had good memories and will miss here so much!

Very nice team on site, good bungalows right on the beach, good diving center right next door, snorkeling on the very beautiful reef is possible almost directly from the breakfast table. The beds were good, bungalows clean, quiet corner on the beach, breakfast and food very, very good! :) the price-performance ratio is excellent! Thank you very much ❤️

Unfortunately, my husband was seasick when he arrived, so he didn't stay here long, even though his schedule was going to take a long time

We would give it 4.5 stars.Price performance on the island totally recommended.The door keys work perfectly once you understand the principle.There is only a water supply that is not heated separately, which in our opinion is not necessary.The breakfast and drinks are very good.The location of the bungalows is simply fantastic, the mosque cannot be heard and the beach is right in front of the door.It is very short distances to the diving center and other great restaurants.Bicycles and snorkeling equipment are available to guests.

***MUST READ***The staff worker is very kind and friendly and refunded my money no questions asked, once I realized:THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE FRESH WATER!!! Yes that means showering and brushing your teeth in SALTY OCEAN WATER.As soon as I learned this, I cancelled my booking and left the hotel. I gave the hotel 3 stars instead of 1 because they refunded my money no questions after letting me keep my stuff there and use their bicycles… sadly I feel an obligation to warn future guests because NOT HAVING FRESH WATER IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!The excuse is the whole island uses salt water but that is simply not true. There are hotels on the island that use fresh water, and not just Bask, some of the cheaper ones as well.Honestly these hotels have the capability to bring in fresh water, they are just trying to save money. Join me, and avoid any hotel that expects the guests to shower and brush teeth in salt water. It is unacceptable.

Dam, the young man at the reception is so kind and helping !! We had a pleasant stay, the room was nice with mosquito nets, air con and a clean bathroom with shower gel and the porch had chairs and a table and beach view. The beach is beautiful, too! My boyfriend had fever and Dam helped us wherever he could with ice, towels, water, he even went to the pharmacy to pick up our medicine. Thank you so much!!!
