Cape Rose is a great lil quite place away from the hecticness of some areas on Gili Trawangan.I was very well looked after by Majdi and his team of professional staff during my stay with them.If you like goats, there are goats across the lane. Who doesn't love goats.If there is availability the next time I plan to go to Gili Trawangan, I will definitely book this place.Highly recomended.This place was great for me and my wants and needs. I can not speak for your wants and needs. Please do your research before booking anything anywhere.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. It lacks a little bit of soundproofing on the other hand, and the surroundings of the hotel are not very beautiful, but it remains more or less well located

Really cool place 2mins from the beach by bike. All staff was really really cool and friendly, special mention to Majdi and Ari, helped us a lot finding good places to go eat and see sunset. Amazing experience, only 4 nights and you get friends for life. IT’S A MUST IN GILI-T!!

A good price-quality ratio !The friendliness of the staff is impressive! We were even invited by the manager to dinner and was the best chicken we tried !It’s simple and modest, but it allows you to touch the culture of the island!Personally I had a very good stay there!

Very close walking distance to the port, the rooms were very clean, the staff was a 10, super friendly and attentive to us always, the room was cozy, they made us feel at home, very happy with our accommodation, we would repeat again because price-quality very good ! horrendous place with horrendous staff.I can't recommend people enough to NOT book this hotel as the staff are so incapable of doing their jobs correctly, and will more then likely take your money weeks in advance and provide you nowhere to stay just like this did to us.not a single apology was said to us even though it was entirely their doing. they told us to fend for ourselves and find somewhere else to stay. once this was done and we arrived at our new place (around 2 hours later) we got a call of the boss saying that our original room was ready to check in and we wouldn't get a refund... so were were stuck with 2 places booked.After a argument with my boyfriend and the owner of the dump of a hotel, the owner quickly backed down once he was made aware that him and his employers TOLD us to book somewhere else to stay.Eventually after bit of back and forth the owner agreed to give us money back.0/10

**Pros:**- The room was great.- The pool, though small, was efficient and perfect for a refreshing dip.- Masjid was a super host. He greeted us warmly and made us feel very comfortable with the place and staff.- He was extremely helpful with our itinerary, suggesting fantastic places to chill in Gili T.- He provided the best rate for bicycles, delivered right to our doorsteps.- After checkout, they arranged a horse ride for our luggage, which was very convenient.- He gave us special discounts for being their guests, which was a fantastic deal for us.- The breakfast was tasty, and I'd give the juice a 10/10.- If I'm visiting Gili T again, I'll definitely be staying here.**Cons:**- The shower water was salty.- The AC was not chilled enough.---Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

Cape Rose is a home away from home. Toby & his staff becomes family. There is nothing the staff wouldn't do for you. I will be returning to Cape Rose again in the future. Highly recommend it. Thank you guys.

5 min walk to beach . Guys were great and really attentive. Looked after us well. Don't read hotel info as there's no nightclub, mini golf or beautiful gardens but I would stay here again

Really positive and nice stay with Tobi and the gang at Cape Rose. The rooms are conventional, clean and nice and the service is top level. Tobi has a bunch of bikes that you can rent from the hostel allowing you to go and explore the island. Would 100% recommend any traveller to stay here and use them as a base to go and enjoy the facilities of more expensive resorts for the price of a drink. Thanks for a good stay!

Excellent inexpensive and clean guesthouse on GiliT. I especially want to note the care of the employees, very good service. A clean swimming pool with a jacuzzi, above which there is a frangipani tree. The area is quiet, there are no noisy bars nearby, but the center is easy to get to. Tea and coffee are free. The guys are ready to help with the vacation program on Gili and Lombok. I highly recommend it! Thank you 👋

3 stars for the friendliness of the staff and the swimming pool, the room is not great but we get what we pay for.We stayed 3 nights, cleaning was not done. Suddenly sand all over the room. The sheets were stained. No hot water in the shower.We didn't have bottled water once.Fortunately the price is attractive because it is quite basic.

Had a great stay at Cape Rose and ended up extending 2 extra nights! Rooms are nice and clean, comfy bed and great location (10 minute walk to the bars on the beach so it’s nice and quiet) - they also organise bike rental for cheaper than other places we seen on the island.Hosts were super friendly and great communication ! We had a drink with the hosts while they give us some recommendations on Gili T.Pool area is also great with bean bags both in the sun and shade! Would definitely recommend 🙏🏼
