Deep House Bungalows

The host and staff were really fun and friendly, and they were very willing to help. The entire place has a chill vibe. We stayed in an apartment without AC but with a fan, so it was a bit warm to sleep, but there are ACs in other rooms, so that was our choice. Overall, we had a great stay.

We have stayed 5 nights and it was spectacular, no complaints, the service is very attentive, the pool is very good, a young atmosphere on an incredible island.

They have the best bungalows in GILI T, super friendly staff and spectacular quality-price. The location is also spectacular. Very highly highly recommended

1 month and a half in Indonesia and this is by far the worst accommodation I have seen.The photos absolutely do not correspond to the advertisement.No hot water, no soap, no comfort.Animals everywhere, mosquitoes everywhere. No insulation.Extremely lax and rude staff.

The accommodation was unsanitary. It's shameful that it is still offered on Booking.When we arrived at the accommodation, we were given a 10-minute speech to explain to us that we would hear noises from the rooms around ours because the accommodation was a “homestay”. Under the guise that our accommodation is a "homestay", they tell us that we will not have hot water during the stay either.We had booked a triple room with air conditioning, when we arrived in the room we realized that the air conditioning ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT work. A fan is present to replace the air conditioning 🤡. The air conditioning therefore does not work, although it was included in the accommodation. WE PAID FOR THIS.Lots of elements present on the Booking ad which are NOT PRESENT in the accommodation.For example, the soap was explicitly marked on Booking. However, there was no soap in the bathroom and bedroom. I reported the problem to the manager, explaining that it is normally included in the reservation. The manager tells me to go buy the soap outside if I'm not happy?????? WE PAID FOR THIS.The bathroom door has a window that is not opaque. It comes completely off the wall!! The door is completely broken, it doesn't close at all. She slides along the wall, on the verge of falling!!! However we had a triple room, a minimum of privacy is required.Nails are sticking out everywhere on the bedroom walls (???????) and the walls are completely dented. We felt like everything was going to collapse.The accommodation is completely infested with mosquitoes. There are holes everywhere in the wall leading to the outside. The front door has holes on the sides so mosquitoes get in very easily. 4 large holes in the bathroom wall serve as ventilation, of course there are NO MOSQUITO NETS. It is the gateway for all the mosquitoes, we were bitten everywhere during the nights.We had a horrible stay in this accommodation.The manager hides under a clear pretext: when you pay little you expect very poor quality. This is completely false.We paid 21€ per night. It's extremely expensive for here. In the south of France, you can find accommodation for this price per night. We traveled for 1 and a half months in Indonesia, it was the most expensive accommodation we paid for. The accommodation is not even worth €3 per night, it is completely unsanitary. When I look at the reviews that say the same thing as me, I don't understand how Booking didn't immediately remove their ad.The accommodation is full of animals, the walls are warped almost to the point of falling. The cleaning is half done, our trash is not changed. The bathroom faucet runs completely out of the sink and the shower water is very salty. I can't imagine where the water comes from. There is only cold water in the accommodation, something which was not at all marked on Booking!!!!!!!The staff is very unpleasant, the reception was very curt and when we needed them to resolve problems, we had no response.The accommodation absolutely did not correspond to the photos, the swimming pool is an unmaintained paddling pool. It is therefore impossible to bathe properly.The entire accommodation is made of wood, there is NO insulation. Mice are present between the upstairs accommodation and ours below. We hear the mice running on the wooden floor.The bed wall faces directly onto the street. Which means that you can hear all the outside noises very loudly: bike, chickens, rooster, EVEN A GOAT. The bicycle parking area is just behind the uninsulated wooden partition. Here, the bicycle brakes make a lot of noise.Lots of problems with the neighbors obviously. The lack of insulation makes it impossible to sleep until the neighbors have finished talking or moving in the apartment next door or above. We hear absolutely everything.The accommodation was POOR.

Service was impeccable. They even let us make our own tea and coffee. Indian style, in their kitchen. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Hospitality on point. Slay :)

I love this place! Its beautiful with very nice gardens. The staff were so nice to us! The rooms are simple but clean. Its great value. We enjoyed playing volleyball in the pool with other guests! We highly recommended this hotel.

As soon as you enter, the owner and or the staff immediately tell you that this is a budget accommodation, the owner is very defensive about this, he lets you know that there is no hot water with the reasoning of "its a hot island" we stayed 3 nights in total and on the 3rd we were looking forward to leave this place to get a good shower to feel clean! The rooms were more basic than anything with nowhere to put your phone while charging! we changed rooms because our first room was full of bug spray! In the first morning we had a Cockroach on the floor lying on its side, the toilet room was a disaster! when we changed room to one upstairs we noticed no smell of bug spray (at Least).The owner insists on it being a cheap accommodation, however if cheap for him is 60Euro a night in high season, he needs to go travel in Asia. In no hotel/hostel we have been in do they meet you with rules upon checking in!This hostel is a scam, health hazard and environmental hazard!
