We had a great time at Ings Garden! Very friendly owners who make you feel absolutely welcome☺️ Great location, it’s really close to the beach. They have bikes for rent, it was nice to bike around the island.Also we did a really nice private snorkeling trip with them, what I can also totally recommend! Miss Gili Air and the chill vibes already!Thanks for everything🙏🏼

WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.We arrived at the accommodation at 11:30 a.m. and the air conditioning was not working. We told the man who was there and he came to the room to check it. The first answer we got was that we had to wait five minutes for the air to start to cool. We waited a while but the air did not cool. We called him again and he told us (laughing) that the air was working. We wasted an hour with him until he agreed and told us that he was going to call a technician. We were away from the accommodation for more than half a day because when we were going to return we received a WhatsApp and it told us that the technician was still there and that we should wait another half hour. When we arrived back at the accommodation at 7:00 p.m., the air was still not working. He insisted that the technician had fixed it and that you could feel the cold air, which was a lie. After 20 minutes testing the air with him, we told him that we needed a solution because no one had gone there and he was making fun of us. In the end, after much insistence on our part, he called his boss to give us our money back and move us to another accommodation. Our surprise continued when the boss offered us to go to another accommodation (paid for by us) and return the next day since we had two paid nights there. After speaking with the owners, they told us to wait another hour for them to come to the accommodation and they would refund our money. During that hour we went to look for our new accommodation at 8:00 p.m. and when we arrived, we found the boss talking to us in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner. He insisted on canceling the reservation we had made through a platform (so as not to leave him a bad review) to refund our money. If not, they weren't going to do it. To our surprise, we felt so pressured that we canceled and were charged half of the accommodation. Without a doubt, in Gili Air there are magnificent accommodations with excellent service without having to go to this one where they do not know how to provide service and treat tourists like fools. A zero.

Me, my husband and my sonWe stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had a great time. I loved everything. The beautiful Indonesian style Bungalows, the external bathroom, the comfort of the terrace outside with chairs, the tap or to wash your feet before entering barefoot, the fabulous swimming pool, the services offered and the priceless smiles. Convenient to the beaches and the most beautiful clubs on the island. I will always remember the gecko that came to call us at night. There is certainly something to fix and the work never ends in structures like these but I have this journey of mine in my heart also thanks to you. Very comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.

Great place! Location is perfect, atmosphere has good vibes, rooms are clean and the breakfast is quite good! Perfect quality-cost!

Nice place with a swimming pool.Air-conditioned room with bathroom and toilet opening onto the exterior.No fridge available in the room.Breakfast extra (I didn't try it).Welcoming, pleasant and accommodating staff.Convenient location as the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach (sunset)

Excellent place to stay

Very kind owners! Cute bungalows and very pleasant atmosphere. They always say welcome home when you arrive. Next to the beach and very quit! Also they offer nice snorkling trips on their boat.

Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the accommodation. The bathroom was in poor condition, as you can see from the pictures: the towels were stained and didn't smell fresh, everything was very old and worn.We were also sold on a private, overpriced snorkeling tour. At first the owners were very friendly but at the end when they left they suddenly asked for hidden costs, which was a very shameless way of ripping off their guests. We will definitely not come back again and cannot recommend it.
