Villas in Puncak are considered goodThe positives 👌The villa has 4 rooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 halls. Wide and goodIts location is close to the main street, far from noise, and its hall and rooms are spacious.I stayed there for 5 days in September 2024. It was comfortable and furnished 60%.The carpets are old...The bed is comfortableBed linen is very good..The price is reasonable today*********************************************The negatives 👌❌1- The reception is not cooperative and their service is bad.2- Half of the lighting was burned out, and throughout the 5 days we asked the receptionist to fix it, there was no response to the request.3- The air conditioner in one of the rooms is broken and does not work, and throughout the stay we demand that it be repaired, and there is no cooperation or response to the guest’s request..4- Some hand sinks leak water from the bottom of the sink, and there is no response or cooperation from the villa management.5- There is no microwave in the kitchen or a water kettle for tea.6 - The reaction is very weak and old, and it takes a long time to boil water or cook in it.7- The villa does not have a garden and the spaces are not exploited.

The place is clean and safe, and the employees are very respectful and have a nice reception, especially the employee Muhammad, a respectable man, and his dealings with us are excellent
