The best part here is just the large yard and swimming pool, OK?I will explain the minuses 1 by 1.1. The old building is not well maintained, it has been standing for 40 years but there has been minimal renovation, or it has never even been renovated. Because y looks shabby inside and out.2. Buildings are not walls, GRC.3. The bathroom wall has holes.4. The water, especially the shower water, is sometimes off, sometimes on, and there are no water heaters in all the bathrooms.5. There are some lights that won't turn on.6. Old furniture, looks damaged, not suitable for use.7. Karaoke but the TV is small, the sound uses cheap speakers, only 1 mic and even then the cable and sound are missing.8. The billiard was damaged, the sticks, ball, board, even the triangle were broken, it seemed like it had been broken for a long time.9. BBQ facilities, charcoal is not provided, in other villas with comparable prices, charcoal is free.10. Many of the bed sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns, and the pillowcases were also covered in cetian mold which looked like dots.11. There are rooms that do not have electrical terminals/electric plugs.12. NOT ALL ROOMS QUEENBED, but some rooms are TWIN BED.13. The curtains in this house look worn out, shabby, and have never been washed, so they are very ugly, and there are also several curtains that are cut, so they cannot maintain the privacy of the room.14. The room door handle is broken15. There is no sink in the bathroom.16. All rooms smell damp,17. The walls are dirty, like they have never been renovated.18. Accessing here is an extraordinary effort for a villa that is far from extraordinary, it's really not worth it.Photos will follow, so that the owner OR advertiser @villagueaja can renovate this villa as soon as possible. It would be a shame if you keep getting low ratings just because you never pay attention to it/it's just a mop.

Spacious, complete facilities, large swimming pool, large yard...only the villa looks old with the existing furniture and the condition of the building looks scary.

Not recommended, just yesterday I stayed at this villa, I swear I had a bad experience at this villa, the facilities were really lacking, lots of things were broken, the curtains were dirty, the water kept turning off. Plus at night there are lots of strange noises, all my friends including my husband are disturbed in this villa. I don't know what happened in the past with this villa.

18/June/2024 Yesterday I was here and I stayed up completely late. Because I was curious about the previous comment. There were lots of noises at night and it turned out to be the sound of birds coming from one of the nearby villas whose owner was a general who liked looking after birds. The villa was old fashioned and spacious but comfortable for families with children, there was a yard. In my opinion, access is not far from the main Puncak road. Advice if you are visiting or staying at someone's place, don't get drunk so you don't have hallucinations

Better look for another villa. The original villa was the worst, the rooms smelled damp, not friendly for small children (scary), lots of leaks and lots of strange noises that appeared from 11pm - 3am. The villa is not made from walls but from original GRC which doesn't make it comfortable, cleanliness rating is 2/10
